One of my coworkers recently got into destiny and its been so hard trying to act normal about it. He'll make a comment like, 'haha screebs are so wild why do they explode' and I have to bite my tongue and not unload three expansions worth of backstory about the Scorn. People who read the lore and people who don't are literally playing a different game
