synopsis - you're appeared to be a calm, well mannered, even tempered person until your damn microwave breaks.
cw - none, cussing(?) fluff, crack
a/n: i haven't written Vergil in a minute i missed my mans. this is really shitty though, enjoy anyways !
People have always seen you as a very calm person. They would tell you how well you seemed to be handling any situation that would normally have others screaming, crying or throwing up, perhaps even all three. You never thought much of the praise or astonishment, as you assumed most just responded to things the way you did.
Shortly after meeting the Sparda’s, you realised this very much was not the case, and you were the odd one out.
Because the truth was, you weren’t actually very calm at all. You just appeared that way. You could be simply tranquil over the fact you just got cheated on by your partner of years, while you went over your scarily detailed plan to get revenge in your head, all the while making a cup of your favourite tea and humming a jaunty tune.
The only person who both understands your unnerving calmness and almost replicates it, is the lovely Vergil Sparda.
The whole situation with your cheater ex-partner was a while back now and Vergil was even petty enough to help you sew tiny shrimp into their shower curtain and put milk in their shampoo. Things worked out for you both shortly after that experience.
You hum to yourself while making a cup of tea. Checking the microwave, the time flicks over to 3:45am. You sigh heavily, closing the microwave door and setting the time for three minutes for the water to heat up in your mug. Leaning against the kitchen counter of Devil May Cry, you take in the building during the night.
Though you’ve seen it many times throughout your sleepless nights, the sight is always rather enjoyable. It’s quiet, buzzing dimly with the energy spent there during the day. You love spending your late nights sitting with only a warmly lit lamp, a book of sorts and a steaming cup of tea.
The microwave beeping pulls you out of your thinking daze, and you look towards the microwave. The beeping continues longer than you want it to and your eyebrows furrow. Reaching to open the door, a small pop makes you jerk your hand away. There's a few more loud pops and crackles that are not normal to hear from a microwave. It starts to smoke and you sigh heavily in annoyance. There goes your last teabag. Goddamnit.
Watching the smoking microwave, you feel a certain annoyance begin to stir as you realize your nightly routine has been shattered. Your last tea bag is charred. No stores are open to sell that specific type of tea you enjoy. The microwave is gonna cost to replace, and you damn well Dante can’t pay for it. The smoke from the broken microwave makes the smoke alarm go off.
Hundreds of thousands of irritable thoughts circle your head and you begin to mumble your annoyance. A rare occurrence of you voicing your anger rather than appearing calm.
“Stupid stupid dumbass microwave,” you mumble, waving a tea towel at the smoke detector. Your mumbling gets more and more annoyed, profanic and harsh. You're surprised you’re not screaming at the top of your lungs, though you are inching towards it. “Piece of shit, junk metal” you grumble, slamming the microwave shut so hard it shatters over the counter, earning another frustrated groan from you.
“Hey” A voice other than your own pulls you out of your angry haze. It's Vergil. “What is going on?” He asks, voice calm as ever, but his eyes are narrowed in confusion as he takes in the scene around him. He sighs heavily, something of exasperation and exhaustion.
You grumble, trying to clean up the glass from the shattered microwave. “I was trying to have an enjoyable cup of tea and read that book I borrowed from you, but that fuckass microwave broke!” you exclaim with a scoff, glaring at the microwave as if it had personally done you wrong.
Vergil drops his head into his hand, rubbing his eyes. “It’s almost four in the morning. I have no issue with, in fact, I understand it deeply. But having this sort of reaction over a microwave..” He trails off, a hint of concern in his eyes. “Maybe you should come to bed” He offers, though it’s more or less an offer and more of an order.
You know that tone. Irritatingly well. Rolling your eyes, giving the microwave one last withering glare before begrudgingly following Vergil back to bed, sulking over your lost cup of tea.
· · ─ ·𖥸· ─ · ·
“What the hell happened to my microwave?!?!” A voice rings out during the early hours of the morning. Dante stares at his (technically your) broken microwave in despair. “I’m broke! How am I supposed to reheat my pizza now?!”
A warm hand pushes your head back down to the pillow when you sit up due to the disturbance, having remembered the events of the previous night. “Don’t pay him any mind” Vergil whispers, his eyes remaining closed.
Dante eats his pizza anyway.
a/n: i really did like this request and probably would've enjoyed writing it a whole lot more if i wasn't going head to head with Covid rn, i apologize sincerely to whoever requested, this is not a reflection of my best work, plz give your girl sum grace sigh
on another note, im going to youth camp next weekend (ikr?) so i'll be gone for a few days, if there is no responses to comments or requests, thats likely the reason why :)

Well, at least the people of Whickber Street didn't have to worry about a maniac brainwashing them all so he could play romcom Barbies with them, at least for a bit.
Until they all ceased to exist, that is.
Yay?
The more I think about it the more I realise this thing was fuuuucked from the first scene of S2, when they introduced that Before the Beginning scene of Aziraphale making butter-my-muffin eyes at unnamed angel Crowley. And then all that toot about manufacturing meet cutes with rain and umbrellas, when their original meet cute - the iconic one from the book - was right there.
I'm sorry, but nobody with an iota of skill as a storyteller could have missed that, let alone turned that unnamed angel into the subject of Aziraphale's eternal yearning when Crowley was also right there.
He doesn't even get a name! We have no idea who he was before he fell, besides that he had fun hair and liked making stars. He's not the one Aziraphale spent six thousand years with, but in the end a version of Aziraphale gets a version of him? I mean, the ineptitude of it is just breathtaking.
Clearly shit-for-brains had designs on writing a romcom, but as a romance writer myself I can only sit back and gawk at how hard he fucked this. If you wrote this as a romance ending you'd be tarred and feathered. Your Goodreads reviews would shit the bed as hard as if you'd been caught plagiarising, ChatGPTing, or sockpuppeting mean reviews of other authors work. Your name would be mud, hot dogshit, a byword for wasted time and someone who Just Doesn't Get It.
Now that we kind of know for sure that conformity gate was just our delusions I’m 100% sure that Leigh Janiak (Fear Street’s Director!!! and Ross’ ex-wife) was the mastermind behind Stranger Things and Byler
So I just found out today that apparently when Bryke was still working on Netflix ATLA they had plans to make Iroh evil. You can go check out the lastest video from the YouTube channel The Avatarist for more information.
But looking at this it just confirms to me what I’ve always suspected; Bryke, dare I say, aren’t the masterminds everyone hyped them up to be. I know, shocker.
But seriously, people in the ATLA fandom have put these guys on such a high pedestal, despite a majority of the fanbase hating Legend of Korra (which, in case anyone forgot, the created). I mean these are the same guys who after ATLA ended decided to take Zutara fan art and use it to mock shippers (which it could have been the case that some of these artists are children, which makes it worse).
It just reminds me of how people put figures such as George Lucas and the Duffer Brothers on these high pedestals, thinking they are secret geniuses only to get disappointed when they find out that’s not the case and then write 15 page hate posts that just trash everything they have done (despite being so loyal to them before).
I think as a society we need to keep in mind that just because you like a certain piece of media doesn’t mean that the people behind it make the right decisions all the time. In the end these are just peopke who want to experiment with their craft.
As a writer myself I know the pressures that come with releasing something that could potentially disappoint people. But it’s also up to us as fans to not treat these people as gods and instead look at the whole picture, both the good and the bad.

An: first time writing since 2023, kinda proofread. HORRIBLE WRITING! WIP (wrote this in April and continue this soon after Exams). I wish i can say English isn't my native language😓
***
This was the last straw. It was 12AM; you were cocooned in a shapeless lump of warmth. Much to your dismay you couldn't help but scroll through you and Nagi's chats..fingers brushing past distant memories
“Ugh...Oh i hate that man so much!„
Your face was locked in a seemingly permanent grimace at the thought of him. How can someone be so talented yet SO LAZY?? Can't even be bothered to show interest in me..
Of course it's Reo. Clinging to Nagi, always at his beck and call. Meddling in with your chances with him.. contemplating at your past interaction with Nagi..thinking that just maybe he'll see YOU and your efforts.
Sigh...Maybe next time...?
But fate doesn't seem to be quiet on your side..
***
Friends say it's not worth trying to pursue someone like him. Passive. Uncommitted. Just...neutral. Ridiculously neutral.
You finally decide to end WHATEVER this is with Nagi, because being in a one sided 'half-relationship' with someone who barely reacts to anything is slowly driving you insane...
Instead of confessing your turmoil like any other, you devise a plan! Hmm...Ignore him maybe...?
But how?? You sit next to him in most lessons you share together.. You can't just ghost someone in real life.
So...why not do the opposite?
Become UNBEARABLE and annoy him so he feels just like you..helpless..and frustrated. Then feel how you felt all this time.
Tomorrow was the day you decided to through this plan into motion. It was a Monday after all, new week, new you

[Monday, 27th March 2026 – 9AM]
It was a lovely sunny day as the faint smell of petrichor engulf your senses as your shoes were polished from the shallow puddles from yesterday's affairs. You wandered into the school gates, pace slow as you searched for Nagi. It was a quick find; sitting on the first flight of stairs. How typical...
You strolled up to him calmly, not wanting to scare him early on. Without warning, you snatched his phone whilst he was playing a game.
“Hey—„ Nagi tensed up as he looked at the culprit, voice still unwavering as he eased up, realising it was you.
“—Just checking the time, you don't mind, right?„ Your cut him off, not letting him finish his sentence as you brought the phone closer to you to pause the game leaving it out of reach for him.
It was 9:07AM
You handed it back to him as he resumes the game
“Is that a new game you're playing?„
You muttered, settling down next to him as you spectate over his shoulder
“Yeah...Reo bought it for me when it released.„ His eyes were glued to the screen as his deft fingers hammering at the icons.
You were tapping your brogues on the metal stairs, producing a deafening drumming sound.
His eyebrows furrowed as sound is a crucial element in the game and the jarring taps were very distracting on its own
“Can you stop.„ he states as he fights of a hoard of brain-dead zombies.
“...„ You stay silent as you continued tapping your feet. Watching his annoyed face was so satisfying!
“Please..? Is that what you want me to say.„ He mumbled gruffly as he managed to narrowly escape death.
“No, but i'm glad you still have manners. I want to go out after school.„ You say harmlessly as your cheek was pressed against his shoulder. Nosily peering down at his screen.
Suddenly, a white flash appeared at the top of his screen, before you could read the name he tapped on it as the transported him to a chat...Reo's chat.
“What did he say?„ You say curiously, trying to see as Nagi's previous horizontal phone was now vertical and out of sight.
“Reo wants to go shopping.„ Nagi reluctantly gave up the information, knowing that you'll find out one way or another.
“Say no.„ You demanded, gripping of his forearm so he wouldn't type anything defying what you asked.
“Why? It's Reo, i can make him buy me all the things i want.„ He said unwillingly, wanting to buy the latest games that peaked his interest. Why would he say no to that offer? No sane person would..
“I asked first! You can't just ditch me right in my face.„ You try to coax him into declining Reo's offer.
“You didn't ask, you stated..„ He absent-mindedly said in defense.
“Are you arguing with me?„ You spoke sternly, you realised that you hit the jackpot when he backed down and let out a forced 'No..'
Nagi hated confrontation, he's a pacifist at heart and rather not argue with someone and just listen
“I'll text Reo that i'm not coming...„
Nagi quickly resumed onto his game, feeling quite guilty and annoyed that he rejected Reo's offer...but there's always next time...
“Who's Choki?„ You spoke as you sat upright, as the jarring sound stopped.
“She's my pet Cactus, my companion.„ He replied in a rather favourable manner, face tainted with a small smile on his face, reminiscing his memories of her. His first friend..
“That's so cute, i would like to see her—„ You were abruptly cut off from the deafening school bell.
“Ugh..See you after school Nagi, don't forget.„ You state as you stood up and prepare to head for the first lesson of the day.
“Yeah yeah..„ Nagi huffed at the reminder as he got ready to leave aswell, at least he'll see Reo in his class.

[After school – 3:30PM]
Crowds of students flooded in waves evading through the rusted gates. You were by yourself walking home. The journey was tranquil, the sunlight caressed your warms skin gently as the cool wind blew through your hair.
You remembered about you and Nagi's hang out this afternoon. You couldn't wait to torment him, the newfound grin emerging thinking about it. You entered your humble abode as you took a quick shower and dressed into a fluffly robe it was comfier than your itchy uniform.
You digged through draws and closet searching and scavaging for garments: something practical and unrestrictive but still stylish
You unlocked your phone as your fingers naturally drifted to Nagi's chat..Since you're already here why not see if he was getting ready aswell
You grumbles as your phone forcibly turned void. He couldn't be bothered to reply to you! A simple 'Bye' would suffice but at least you're not on delivered like before.
You pondered to a conclusion and decided to kill time and do various chores around the house, saving your tired future self from doing it. You ditched your robe as your new clothes engulfs you. At 4:20PM and left the house at 4:40PM and you made your way to the park.
You arrived at your destination at 4:55PM at the park, it was riddled with groups scattered about yet all were basking in the now cooled breeze. But Nagi was nowhere to be found.
You decide to sit on the bench and wait until 5:00PM to see if he comes.
Those five minutes were the longest in your life. You'd never admit but you were nervous hanging out with Nagi, what if he doesn't show up?? That'll be so embarrassing!
Your fingers fidgeted as apps opened and being discarded for the next one, maybe he was running late, you thought.
Suddenly, as if to dispell such thoughts a figure sat next to you. You lifted up your head in hope and see...NAGI!!
“You actually came..!„ You couldn't help but smile and a held breath escape your now burning lungs “I thought you would arrive, it's past 5:00PM.„
“I came here on the dot, it took me a while to find you, it's packed in here.„ Nagi was wearing a light grey hoodie with a washed blue baggy jeans.
“You promise you came on time?„ i spoke as i stood up off the bench, fixing my outfit
“Promise„ Nagi declared as he followed suit. “What are we going to do? I hope it's not too far.„
“Unlucky you, Since it's spring, loads of new shops are opening in Tokyo, especially Shibuya. Maybe we can find something that we enjoy, Hm?„ i giggled as we made our way out the park and to the district.
“But Reo's there...In Harajuku, he thinks i'm at home...„ His face grimaced at the thought of Reo realising that Nagi lied to him
“Guess we better keep an eye out then.„ i chuckled wondering how Reo would react to his best friend lying to him.
“Let's go to Chiyoda, Akihabara opened a new shop with lots of gadgets, i think you'll enjoy it, Nagi.„
“It's your call.„ He replied as he managed to keep up with you, arms slightly touching and hands just a hair's breath away.
Your heart knocked against your rips, You prayed to whoever's listening to stop your heartbeat pulsing on your face
We made our way to Akihabara as we ventured down the streets. You see many people from all walks of life all enjoying one common thing, technology.
You gazed at Nagi, just to see him peering into a shop, it was small but it made up for it for its rows and rows of games, it was basically a mini arcade!
“Wanna go in? We can play some games together.„ You tugged on his sleeve to stop him from walking away as you made your way to the shops enterance.
“Mhm, i haven't been to the Arcade in a while.„ Nagi muttered as he wanders around before locking eyes at the corner. “There's a shooting game.„
Nagi's feet dragged on the floor as he made his way to one of the booths as you trailed behind him.
“Don't you play any other types of games? There's lots of good games outside the genre, Nagi.„
Nagi descended on a spare seat, you followed suit and sat next to him.
“Not really, it's a hassle to think too much about the complexity of other games, shooting games are simple.„
Nagi cracked his knuckles as his deft hands gribbed the handles, his eyes almost seem to change in an instant. He was more..sharper, alert even... You couldn't help but wish that he'll look at you like that..like you're worth his attention.
Your eyes lingered his screen as the enemies encroached his space.
“Go left-LEFT - no the OTHER side-NAGI–„
You shook his arm, which had an iron grip of the handles but it didn't make it any less irritable.
“Can you not—„
“Why would you go there? It's a dead end.„
You shook your head as you leaned in too close in his personal space.
“Are you even listening—„
“How could you have missed that, it was right in front of you!„
Your hands were pointing at the screen emphasizing the error which blocked his view.
“You're too predictable, don't go inside!„
“But we're winning though?„
“That's not the point–„
Nagi's had a firm grip as he managed to kill all the enemies that stood in his way, the atmosphere was tense. Even if it was just a game you were rooting for Nagi deep down...
After the five minute timer ended the screen transformed to his stats.
You peered over his shoulder, wanted to see how well he has done.
He got a pretty decent high score 86/100. But i still teased him.
“Really? You play games everyday yet you're score is...average at best.„ Your comment ruffled Nagi's feathers.
“It's because i'm not playing on my phone! You'll see that i'm better.„ Nagi quipped back.
He let out a quiet mumble “You were also distracting me..it was..vexing.„
He looked at you, a rare smirk plastered on his now dissolved stoic face.
“Since i'm so average, you have a go.„
You were surprised at his challenge but you weren't going to back down – You swapped places. As you held the equipment you can feel the warmth emitted from Nagi's previous scrimmage. You could've sworn you can feel his light breath caressing your neck...
You snapped out of it mostly as you try to beat his high score, you kill enemies one after another. Nagi looked..indifferent at most and left out a sound of impatience.
When the timer finished you were confident you got higher than Nagi as you slumbed down, basking in your victory.
85/100
“Huh??? Is this game rigged, i swear i got higher than you.„
You scowled at him as if this was his fault. The Lazy Genius strikes again, always managing to one up any opponent..even you!
“Better luck next time, Let's go somewhere else..I haven't eaten since lunch.„
“Lunch??? That was 12PM Nagi. It's 5:40PM now.„
You couldn't help but roll your eyes in dissapointment, fingers pinching your nose
“You could've eaten when you gotten home..„
“No use trying to change the past, Let's go to Shinjuku. They have fried food i wanna eat.„
“Fine, but you're paying, Hassle man.„
Nagi looked stunned at this revelation
“Me..? Paying??„
You stared at him before responding
“Yes you, doesn't Reo give you money or something? I'm sure it won't break the bank.„
“I...uh...um i don't have any yen on me right now...„
Nagi admitted, too lazy to feel embarrassed
“Who doesn't carry money with them when they leave the house?„ You spoke as if this was common sense. “I'm surprised nothing has ever happened to you.
“I'm always with Reo, so he pays for me.„ Nagi answered like it was the most logical answer in the world.
“Since Reo isn't here...Maybe you can pay for me..?„ Nagi trailed off when you stared at him before quickly responding “Please, i'll have Reo to send the money i owe.„
“Fine, forget about paying me, i don't need Mikage's money tainting my bank account. Unlike you, i have a job which pays well.„ You spoke proudly, happy that you're independent despite your young age.
“Who needs a job when Reo exists?„
“Touché.„
To be continued...
Ps: any feedback you think is necessary LET ME KNOW!!
Summary: a mistake that takes the reader to beg. Slight angst.
Notes: I try to make it longer but i'm really bad at it. There could be a second part of this. A lot of mistakes in my grammar.
Aemond and you met just a couple of years ago, just after the war ended and he became a king. Your father said that you should bewitch him with your beauty, become his mistress and put the name of your house on top. The king had a wife, Lady Floris from House Baratheon, but they didn't seem in love anymore. They started ignoring each other, not sleeping together, not even eating in the same table. Fortunately he already had heirs, two twin boys, so your work was only to please him.
You and Aemond had an affair months after you met, but the problem was that your sister, Catelyn, wanted him too. After having fight with her you decided to move out of the way and obviously the king felt for her. He left you and because of the shame you went out of the court.
Just months later the queen died and Aemond married your sister, showing the love they supposedly had. Catelyn quickly became pregnant, she sweared it will be a boy. The baby was born and it was a boy, Aemond wasn't that happy after all. The king demanded for a boy as well and made everything to get his wife pregnant again. Just two months later the "baby" was born, obviously dead.
Catelyn didn't notify the king and save it for herself, thinking that Aemond might get rid of her by killing her if he discovered it. What she did instead was find comfort in other man's arms and get pregnant with his child. Not knowing that action will have consequences.
You had forced yourself to bury your feelings and let Aemond go. It hadn’t been easy, but it was necessary. The king had no choice but to accept it, he would never force someone to stay by his side. So much time had passed, yet those feelings still lingered somewhere deep inside you. It was impossible not to grow nervous whenever he was near, or to fight the urge to kiss him whenever he stepped too close.
And now, here you were, sitting in the bed beside your sister. You confronted her over her betrayal. It hurt to know that you had moved away from the man you loved for her, only for her to betray him so carelessly. You gently took her hand in yours and began to speak.
"This is a betrayal, sister" you whispered, looking at her with wide eyes, shocked. "I know, but if he discovers that I lost his child he will kill me." Catelyn said while embroidering a dress. "Aemond wouldn't do that. Well, now he may do it 'cause you are with other man's child."
The queen just looked at you, asking you silently to leave. You nodded, making a quick reverence. The guards opened the doors and you walked through the halls. You knew Catelyn felt trapped, that she didn’t want to lose the king. Not because she loved him, but because of everything that came with being his queen. She had probably never loved him at all. That was what hurt the most, the thought that lingered in your heart and it hurted so much, night after sleepless night.
Lost in your thoughts, you stared out the window, until an unexpected presence appeared...
"My king, is and honor to see you." Aemond hummed in response, and then turned to you. "I can say the same, my lady. You haven't been here in a long time. What made you come back?"
Lost in your thoughts you didn't answer immediately, admiring the flowers from the gardens, little princes running and playing with their nanny. Your heart ached.
"I guess... I just wanted to see my sister again. If you excuse me, I need to leave." In your face a polite smile came out. Aemond nodded softly, and move out of your way as you walked.
The king stayed their a while, watching until you weren't in his sight anymore. Deep in his heart and mind he knew feelings were there. Memories filling his mind.
In the feast at night something unexpected happened. You were sit beside Catelyn, and beside her was Aemond. All in the table were having their own conversation, laughing at stupid jokes and eating happily. All was happiness until a lord came to the table. It was an old man, Lannister apparently, tall and fat. Ugly. Your sister paralyze in her chair, swallowing hard. Something was wrong and you knew exactly what was it.
The man stared a couple of minutes, he was drunk and you could see it in his eyes. "You should take care of the queen, my king. She spends too much time alone." Aemond furrowed his eyebrows, confusion consuming his face. The lord just turned and left. Catelyn sighed of relief, eating again. The Targaryen glanced at her by the corner of his eye, but didn't said anything. People returned to their meals and talks, laughing again, but the tension was in the atmosphere.
The feast came to an end, and no one said a word about what happened earlier. Not the guards, not you, not the queen, not the king.
As you were walking to your chambers, with a guard escorting you, Catelyn went to you. Pleading for your silence. You nodded, as always and reassured everything will be okay.
Just a week after that conversation the truth came out. The whole realm knew it. The child the queen had in her womb was not Aemond's.
The news arrived in the morning, making you wake up quickly and start dressing. As you were ready to go to your sister's chambers Aemond arrived to yours. Not even knocking the door, just entering. He came closer and hold your face with both of his hands. "Please, tell me the truth. You are the only person I can trust right now."
"Aemond..." you murmured, putting your hand over his. "I don't want to put my sister in trouble, I can't betray her."
"Yes or no. Is the only answer I'm asking for." He said and you nodded with teary eyes. "Your king demands an answer."
"Yes. It is true." Aemond breathed and free you from his grip. When he started walking to leave you grab him by the arm. "Forgive her, please." And then he just left, without saying a word.
Your mom came after, asking and begging you to convince the king to forgive your sister, giving her any punishment except death. Most of the people believed you were his weakness, including your family.
After thinking a lot in the way you will ask you went to his private chambers. The king was not an easy prey, and of course he felt affection for you, but he was realistic. His honor was the most important thing in this case. Even after the affair you had he never showed his love completely. When you were together he was used to send jewelry and dresses, and you often told him that was not enough. And he always apologized by showing his love in bed, spending nights with you in his arms. But with Catelyn he never do that, at least that was what she told you.
Knocking softly the door of his chambers you heard how he screamed that he wanted to be alone. "Your majesty, I am sorry but we need to talk." It only took seconds to him for to open the door for you. His face presenting anger, but when he saw your face his face softened. He invited you to come in and you did as he asked.
"I am sorry of what my sister did, but please forgive her. Give her any punishment except death, or punish me. I know she is not innocent, but please. I'll kneel and plea if necessary." And you started kneeling, but he stop you by taking your hand. "Stop- You will not kneel or plea. I will not forgive your sister, she betrayed me, her king and husband. You knew that was treason, and still did not say anything."
"You know I could not betray her in that way." Tears fell from your eyes, you knew how this Targaryen man was. Stubborn and prideful. "There has to be a way, please Aemond. I'm begging as hard as I can. Give me one solution."
He look at you, his eye expressing that trace of love. His thumb brushing your lower lip. Aemond closed the distance, resting his forehead against yours. The king closed his eye and then started talking.
"Marry me and I shall spare your sister. She will be sent to exile and the marriage will be annulled for treason." That were the only words that came out of his mouth, it was that or nothing. "You know I've always loved you."
