Guys, I just realized something!
Okay, I know that it's not a surprise that I like Pennashi and I've been making fan art of this ship in particular for a relatively long while, am I right? Well...
While I was seeing the previous artworks, sketches, and fanfiction I made about Pennashi, I started to notice that in ALL of them (or at least almost all of them), there's this pattern where Penn and Sashi's relationship [turned out to be romantic] is portrayed like it's just... existing. That's it.
And yes, I'll take that as a achievement—thank you very much! 😁
However, it's worthy to say that I've been doing all this portraying unconsciously most of the time, so yeah. Either way, it's a nice thought and even a good detail to notice.
And knowing that all this tendency started (somewhat) out of spite and because my past me was like: «maybe I could draw/write them being a couple without necessarily them kissing [on the lips]» makes all this realization even more... curious.
Anyways, just me being... well, me. But whatever, here's this little, old-cute Pennashi doodle I left forgotten on my sketchbook (until now):
I recall a few months ago I thought I was shipping Janchard ironically/just for fun. I then realized I was actively rewatching their scenes, writing fanfiction for them, and had a whole list of headcanons.
It occurred to me then that maybe I was a lot more invested in them than I'd thought.
I have no clue why, but sondam has eaten me whole. Probably because of their interactions in game and in the anime or because gundham calls Sonia “my dark queen”. Either way, I can’t stop searching sondam on tumblr- 🚪🏃♀️
