9: What's the most important part of a relationship?

Communication!! And that doesn’t just mean voicing what’s bothering you, it means actively listening to what your partner is telling you as well and actively working towards solving whatever issue they may have brought up, if that makes sense? Because otherwise you have the same conversations over and over and then when things don’t change it turns into bitterness and fights and all that gross stuff. Communicate!!

24: Do you think love can last forever?

Yes. But it’s not easy. I read this post once that said love isn’t a feeling, it’s a choice. You can love someone but if you don’t put in the effort on the bad days, if you don’t push through the hard times, if you don’t support your partner, then it won’t work.

27: If you could go back in time and give yourself one piece of advice about dating what would it be?

"Don’t worry about boys not liking you, they’re all idiots. In high school you will get significantly more attractive and boys will like you, but even then you don’t need to worry about boys. The right guy will come along once you stop looking for him. And even if he’s the right guy at the time, he won’t be the right guy forever. Watch for red flags. Also by then you’ll realize that you like girls too so don’t be so afraid of admitting that to yourself when you get a crush on the red-haired girl in 9th grade.”

33: Do you want to get married one day?

Yes!! Not til I’m in my 30′s at least but I definitely want to have someone to spend the rest of my life with.

48: What's your favorite love song?

I have so many!!! Uh uh.... City of Stars from La La Land, Home by Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeroes, Anyone Else But You by The Moldy Peaches, that one Bruno Mars song that everyone uses in those flash mob marriage proposals because I’m a SUCKER for those.
