visited a used art supply center today and found something i’ve been wanting: a peg loom! it’s not the prettiest or most well made (the pegs aren’t that terribly secure which will be hell on the warp but i’ll cross that bridge once i come to it) and i need to find a clamp to secure it to my desk, but i think it’s a pretty good starter one and at five bucks i wasn’t gonna be picky. Also found some pretty handspun yarn that will be perfect for my attempts. I’m thinking a wall hanging? something easy to do while i still figure out warping and the rags for my wolf pup.
not the prettiest space for it but i’m so excited to have it! my first ever four harness loom, a schacht wolf pup lt.
