That’s likely, if you’ve made as many changes as you say, your body is taking quite a shock.
I was basically immobile for a year, and grossly sedentary for too many years before that, and now I'm doing stretches and band exercises and some bike riding. (Not far, my muscles aren't strong enough yet, but I go at a pretty steady or fast clip.)
I've also cut back a lot on food (some on purpose, some because I'm suddenly kind of terrified of it.)
