Oof, you've managed to hit on a major blind spot of mine. I know so little about Joon that all I can give is my general impression on her.

Actually, everything I have heard about Joon has been positive. She seems to be genuinely antagonistic, or at least she has the ability to be so if she so chooses, which is always a plus. I like the idea of a con artist character (which I guess Tewi already is in fanon but hey now we have a real one). And I especially like that she is a sister: her relationship with Shion seems interesting and different from the other sibling dynamics already present.

that’s the one in the folder “gays so tiny you need a microscope to see them.” (because they’re basically the two tiniest characters who aren’t fairies.) I had a few different setups for it that I experimented with. In one, Shinmyoumaru showed up at Akyuu’s house to demand that she write the whole history of the inchlings so it was never lost again. In another, Shinmyoumaru was getting pressured by her parents to get married, so she proposed to the only human noble she could think of, Akyuu. In yet another, the inchlings had a tradition where anybody from the nobility had to kill a big powerful monster before they could prove that they were an adult, and Shinmyoumaru showed up at Akyuu’s house and asked to be pointed to an appropriate monster to slay.

Thank you, everyone! The listening test was absolutely brutal so I wasn’t expecting to pass at all. But I did, somehow!
