Some Types Of Cottages
The Faerie Cottage - The outside of this cottage is painted in lovely, bright colors. The window boxes and front garden are filled to the brim with flowers and hummingbird feeders, and the front gate is covered in honeysuckle. The residents of this cottage love to sit in the shade of their willow trees and pick apples and berries for pie and preserves. They wear flowers in their hair and bright colors, and own a variety of peculiar but beautiful trinkets. They impress their neighbors both with their gardening expertise and their beauty, but they seem to like to keep to themselves.
The Shepard's Cottage - This Cottage is simple on the outside, with muted colors and tall wildflowers on the front lawn. It sits on a large expanse of land with rolling hills and a little stream cutting through. Fluffy sheep traverse the property in a flock, and happily munch on the wild grasses there. The residents of this cottage wear flowy, handmade garments, and are masters at sewing, knitting, crochet, or embroidery. They spend time in the pasture with their animals, napping under trees or making flower crowns for them. They are regular customers at the local farmer's market, and are always willing to lend a helping hand.
The Witch's Cottage - This Cottage looks almost overgrown by plants, surrounded by old-growth trees and carefully cultivated herbs. The pantry is lined with mason jars of dried herbs, both from the garden and the surrounding woods. The local teenagers often dare each other to knock on the door, but those who have have only been met with a friendly face and a warm cup of tea. The residents of this cottage are unafraid of the night, and often go for long walks in the moonlight. They make friends with the animals around their home, feeding crows and cats from hand.
