I took time off work to play and my colleagues were asking why. I said "uhh I have family coming over..." which is not completely wrong, lol. The squad is my fam, they don't understand.

Mom was like “you’re taking time off for a game? can’t you use it at a better time or just wait a while?” 

Ahh my Shep would be so over the jump scare games. Spends the day fighting Banshee's and Tusks, last thing he needs is the same when he's relaxing. He would be playing fun shooters like Overwatch or relaxing puzzle games.

Nebula - Who is your Shepard’s best friend?

 I don’t think he has one specific, designated “best friend” (just like I feel most people don’t). He’s close to a few people, though. Garrus and Joker are his ‘shoot the shit and de-stress’ kind of bros– someone he can turn to when he needs to just relax and act like a regular guy and not some Big Goddamn Hero. EDI is someone he found bonding with on a special level; someone who, because of her questions about humanity and the meanings of life, made him more introspective and thoughtful (which is pretty amazing considering my Shep is a bit of a meat-head who actively runs away from thinking about his ~feelings~)

And, of course, Kaidan. He wouldn’t date someone he wasn’t friends with (but he’d fuck them).

Dwarf star - When was your Shepard’s first kiss?

 Back on earth on the streets behind a shitty food stand. He was twelve and was dared to kiss one of the other corner boys from another gang. Grabbed the kid and planted one right on him. Real romantic. He won the bet, though, and got a pack of gum from one of the kids. Strawberry flavoured.

Meteor - Does your Shepard have any quirks, strange mannerisms, annoying habits, or other defining characteristics?

You mean other than the bizarre speaking animations all Bioware characters are implemented with? In all seriousness, he’s the kind of dude who always needs to be moving; drumming his fingers on things, bouncing his knee, rolling his shoulders and neck just to move. He struggled during boot camp standing still. He’s also that asshole that will start humming an earworm stuck in his head so he can share in the misery. Kaidan hates him for it because he always does it before bedtime. 

Stardust - What kind of clothes do they usually wear off-duty? (sporty, elegant or specific clothes like sweatpants, jeans etc)

I’m going to base this off of our current fashion because, lbr, the ‘civilian’ fashion in the ME universe is… unique, shall we say. But my Shepard is a jeans and t-shirt kind of dude. No jewelry, nothing fancy– just a t-shirt and jeans, and sometimes a hoodie. Lots of grays and blacks and whites. But his underwear are always jockstaps and bright, bright colours. No one believes Kaidan when he says he has a pair of neon green undies. But he does… he does…
