🍯Chunk Honey🍯 If you’ve seen the highlight of my @sofitelsingaporecitycentre stay, you would know I’m obsessed with honeycomb! I used to take manuka honey daily to help with my throat (it’s the first thing that goes in my line of work) but stopped and switched to cheaper options when I couldn’t afford it for awhile. This however, got me insanely excited because HONEYCOMB!!! I picked it up @mahotasg and dug into it today. Love! 💕 I’m wondering if I can put it on my skin for a quick mask but I did eat some of the comb. It’s a little plasticky and can’t be swallowed (I’ve noticed not all comb can be swallowed). . Also a bit of story time, I just had the worst morning. I was swallowing a couple of my supplements and they’re huge, mind you. They kinda stuck to each other on the way down and I couldn’t breathe for a bit. Thereafter, they got lodged in my throat for the next 3 hours while I kept gagging and retching. I ended up puking quite a bit of blood before it finally dislodged. That moment was relieving!! I have to say that was one of my scariest and most painful times. Ranking even higher than a ruptured appendix and my back pain. The panic probably added to it and the difficulty breathing and swallowing cause my nose clogged up too. Brrrr 😖 I just came back from the doc awhile back with some lozenges, anti inflammatories and a gargle.
