My first blogpost - reflecting on my mantra
I have been planning for the last 5 years to start a blog. I was waiting of the right moment. Funny enough there is never a right moment. If you want to do something - start today. Because most things are a process and the best way to learn is through doing, reflecting, sharing and failing.
In my previous professional role as a the head of the leadership programs Young Leaders Visitors Program (YLVP) and She Entreprenurs, intercultural leadership programs which focus on social media & social innovation as a tool for social change and free expression: learning by doing, sharing, failing and reflecting - in collabortion with others has been my mantra.
So this is what I plan to do with this blog. Learn through my own mantra.
