*Day 4 of ? of World Peace via Inner Peace Road Trip 2019, Wednesday, February 20*. . She Creates Change! Yes SHE does! . Just as She(s) can create sunshine with vegan waffles with vegan butter, fruit & pecans, cinnamon roll & matcha tea latte with almond milk @ heavenly @ThePostEast in Nashville! . “She creates change” is clearly a factual statement because women do and create amazing things via change 💪🏽 but that statement also connects me w/ the amazing @Heathwr Pilates almost 9 years since seeing her last in NY here in Nashville! . Heather & I met in Manhattan spring 2010 in Suparna Bhasin’s She Creates Change program giving direction but most of all the connections I’m forever grateful for with Heather, Teresa, Tanisha, Monica, Juliette, Vijolca and of course our Heavenly Anjali now resting in the sweetest of peace. . Wowee another thing I missed in last too many years of not seeing Heather is she wrote and published a Memoir: “But First: A memoir of a backwards life” as she was born butt first and wrote from back forward about some of her crazy but with an better in the end experiences from embracing Lyme Disease, and home to TN! I just bought my copy & you should too on smile.amazon! . And no coincidence Heather now inspired me to put more of my memoir & it’s screenplay to paper! Stay tuned! . Heather gave me the wonderful reco to visit amazing chocolate shop across the street @OliveandSinclair following and naturally the bulk of their cocoa beans are sourced form my family’s home country the Dominican Republic . Oh so hard to leave Nashville even in the rain but I hit the road towards Memphis with the bright idea to select the $50 @HotelTonight room special at Gold Strike Casino and Hotel 30 minutes outside Memphis in Mississippi so it was a two-fer to make it to TN & MS!
