I just wish the bioware writers weren't cowards and let more of their women in power be textually terrible and grappled with it and acknowledged it.
They peaked with Elthina and I'm not entirely convinced that was wholly on purpose given how hard they backpedaled in Inquisition and tried to convince us the mage/templar shit was a "both sides" issue.
Can we please acknowledge the "subtle" cruelty of "nice" and "polite" people who uphold the status quo. I'm begging. It would make for a much more interesting and compelling story. I want to chew on it.
