do we know how old K is? did she have a childhood?

she is very old.. i don't know that i could give a solid number but somewhere in the hundreds or maybe up to a thousand. she's spent time in other dimensions in which time moves differently so you could take that into account probably. i don't think k would have an answer for you if you asked
fae don't have childhoods or parents in the traditional sense; she was a child at some point but fae go from baby to adolescent with very little if no in between. then they have about a hundred years or so of adolescence that is meant to be for making a reputation and honing your magic etc so you don't like. die. when you go into the human world. k grew up in a court which functioned as an extended "family". they were/are all ... trickster/beast spirits and it was a v heirachal and aggressive environment. she was beat down a lot and it was only a matter of time before she found a way to let that anger out. she also left the court at our equivalent of like, 15-16 so she did not have a great time on earth for a long while. :)
