Well! There’s a species of jellyfish commonly called the box jellyfish which has a sting that can kill a grown man in only minutes! And the pain is pretty brutal too ha ha or so I’ve heard :)

Also I suppose it’s more accurate to say that these jellyfish are venomous and not poisonous! Technically the poison is injected by the little microscopic nematocysts! Kind of like barbs or darts :O

Also they have no central nervous system yet they still travel around and are capable of distinguishing between different stimuli and avoiding perceived dangers! They’re neat critters :D Not bullshit!

Yes it’s a jellyfish! And plenty of animals don’t have spines :O Jellyfish are really interesting too though! Most species have nematocysts that allow them to sting! And some are quite poisonous ha ha :) Very cool!
