omg it's so cool that leafgreen was also your first game!! i still actually have the cartridge and the ds... and the renaming thing too !! it's so funny it extends to my plushies also. i have a collection of vaporeon stuff and they are all caspian to me (since that's what i've always called my vaporeon) and even though in my head it's like one "character" (if that makes sense) it's funny seeing people on the outside think i have several different pokemon that all just have the same name
yeah i still have my og leafgreen cart and console too!! for me it was a GBA SP instead of a ds. i still actively use both Often
and that's funny i literally do the same exact thing - all jolteons are Cliff or Egg to me and have been for years (egg is the newer one and is because of something with my qpp lol)
