Idk how developed it is, but could you go more into your yhyul (idk if thatās the right acronym) AU? If Iām remembering correctly, the one where everyoneās in a death arena with gold fell swap papyrus?
omg I canāt believe someone actually remembered it :0 tbh itās not. Itās not very developed beyond ideas in my head and some silly art here and there. And thatās not how I wouldāve described the AU, but uh, youāre not wrong to describe it like that xD
Youāre Here Until You Leave(yhuyl, so you were close!) is an AU where Fellswap!Gold Papyrusāamong many others from various AUsāget suddenly transported into a strange forest perpetually locked in a hazy, morning chill.
Theyāre all here because of someone who has too much power, and who wants to have fun with a bunch of their blorbos, basically. Itās a Muffet-but-not-actually-a-Muffet OC that I made to give my multiverse more options on how to traverse across it. She mainly worked with various Gasters in the Void to do this, but eventually wanted to interact with the wider āverse more directly.
So she essentially made a death/survival game with random UTAU characters because she was bored. Hashtag girlboss or whatever
Thereās one of each UT character from different AUs plopped in. There is only one Papyrus, and he is from a Fellswap!Gold AU. I havenāt decided all of the roles, especially since some of them do die early on, but Iāll put what I do got under the cut. Before that, tho, Iāll explain why I called this a survival game a bit before.
So this little Muffet-lite decided it would be a āāāfunāāā idea for there to be a bunch of what are basically Void Spiders running around to attack any unsuspecting characters :) Thus, naturally, a lot of Muffetās blorbos fucking died, like, instantly. Oops.
Okay now onto the guys:
Coffee - FS!Gold Papyrus. Heās like 16, selectively mute, the main character. Heās the MC because I first made this AU when I first got obsessed with FS!G, lol. I still love this guy.
Sin - Dusttale+Gaster Blaster AU Sans. The murder hobo that most thought regular DT Sans was in like, I dunno, 2018? Eh? Well, the only reason heās not killing everyone is because of Coffee. Thank you coffee.
Metta - StoryShift Mettaton/Mettacrit. I know it isnāt and never was canon that SS Metta was a human kid like Chara and Frisk, but I donāt care, ghost child w/ a striped sweater ftw. This guy was the first person that Coffee met in the forest, and vice versa. The people were spawned in duos or groups. Because of this, Metta decided to narrate Coffee throughout the whole adventure.
Magic - Reapertale Gaster. He has no idea how he got here, and is internally freaking outĀ soĀ hard about that. Heās the God of Magic, he should know how-or at the very leastĀ whatĀ made him come here. Heās able to figure it out once he sees the strange Muffet running about, though. Heās also making sure that no one figures out heās a god, so that the others wonāt feel uncomfortable or something.
Fresh - Currently has an Underswap Undyne as itās host. It was in that Underswap, captured by the SwapDyne after she and her friends helped free their Sans from Fresh. Dyne got teleported to the forest while carrying Fresh, and Fresh took control of her in order for them both to survive. Fresh is glad that literary no one but the Muffet knows what it actually is, so it can just play itself off as a FreshSwap Undyne(totally real AU trust me bro š). Sheās technically the most knowledgeable one here, andāalthough very strangeāis very helpful. Also helped named a lot of the guys here, No I wonāt say which.
Dancer - Dancetale Grillby. The only normal one here ngl. Heās stressed and tired 24/7, but he still tries to keep everyone on track and not kill each other. He is vastly underqualified for this role. He still does well enough.
Napsta - Swapfell!Purple Napstaton. Just a regular SF!P Napsta, who is done with everything already. Begrudgingly lets Hammer order them around.
Hammer - US!Mob AU Chara. A swap version of not Mobtale, but UT!Mob. Different AUs. Hammer has reached the end of their little arc of unconsciously trying to take monster souls(go look at the ut mob au for more context lol), and is in their prime as the boss of the Skeleton Brothers. They absorbed a bit of their Papyrusās soul, so their able to use magic, ie summon a big olā hammer inspired by their Sans and start wacking everything. They canāt do much else tho, but they are great at singing, and leadership!
Flow - FlowerFell Frisk. 19, no Frans here since I donāt like it personally, and they were just about to give their Sans their soul to help free the monsters. Their mobility isnāt great, they can walk for short distances, but they definitely need a wheelchairāwhich they donāt have in the forest or for most of the other areas(;3), so they get carried by different people throughout the whole ordeal. Their arms work mostly normal, if not a bit slower than normal, and they can still see out of their right eye. They have the highest Determination here, though, so if they absolutely needed to reload a save, Flow would have to die, and their condition would get worse.
Sprout - Growth Spurt AU Asriel. He is just as done with all of this as Napsta. The artstyle of the AU with neckless characters, thatās canon here, his head and horns do appear to be floating. He doesnāt see anything weird with it, though. Torix gave him a scarf to help hide the lack of neck area.
Torix - XTale Toriel. Uh. Tbh I donāt have much to say here. I just know sheās here and that sheās cool š
Gore - Undertale Asgore. Just a normal UT Asgore nglā¦except he has a stronger sense of deja vu regarding the saving and loadingā¦
Weaver - The Muffet-ish that started this all! Not omnipotent, not exactly omnipresent. Hides from the rest of the group most of the time out of shyness and a slight amount of fear. Not like she shows that, she tries to make herself seem as āØmysteriousāØ and āØaloofāØ as possible. Which mostly works. Mostly.
