SHARED SEASONS
This is a tiny show pitch I did for Pixelatl’s Ideatoon contest. I’m kinda bummed-out it wasn’t chosen as a finalist, but I’m happy with this idea.
THIS IS WHAT IT IS ABOUT: Autumn’s recently graduated from art school and finds her care-free idealism running face-first into the real-world. Meanwhile, Spring (yes, that’s her name) is a 14 year old loud-mouth who’s got it all figured out and can’t wait to grow up. These two half-sisters are brought back together by tragedy when their mutual-father is killed as a result of a freak accident. In the wake, they’re left with his only asset: The “Shared Seasons” boarding house. Together, these two will not only have to learn how to become responsible landlords to five odd-ball strangers, but how to be better family to one another.
