I’ve been kind of down and feeling my usual VD sads so I took a photo I took at NYCC 2019 and ordered a big blanket to cheer myself up and I love it.

My manager has a “meet your baristas” wall and this is my entry. I never know what to say about myself, so I put one quote that’s really gotten me through it.

I’ve been waiting to post this only because I couldn’t think of a good enough caption. When I met Steven the first time he was dressed as Holden. So it was only fair that at one point I should meet him also dressed as Holden. It was great to finally get to show him a cosplay I was actually proud of (RIP to my 2016 cosplay but 2019 is different). Holden’s meant a lot to me because he’s done a lot for me, and Steven’s always been so gracious. I’m so excited for S4 soon, and I can’t wait to see what cosplay I get to do for S5.

My S4 Holden cosplay didn’t place in any categories in the Expanse Cosplay Contest this year, but I’m still proud of all my hard work and living off of everyone’s reactions to it at the panel. Plus Steven loved it so like that’s a major victory.

I have done absolutely nothing today except respect the real one by prepping for and taking this photo.
