good afternoon members ! i’m popping in to say that the main is officially done . we have a brand new theme and with that the rules page has been updated especially where activity is concerned . while this group will still be lax when it comes to activity and members can request a hiatus at any time , we will be moving to a seven day inactivity limit . it is just easier for us to keep up . i will also be posting our first event in a little bit so please keep a look our for that .

when the news of avery adler’s and aspen rabbits’ engagement begins to spread like wildfire through aikens , there’s only one thing that can be done : a party . the residents of aikens are no stranger to parties , let alone neighborhood parties , and that is exactly what will be happening this weekend . for them , it’s a two for one special . so gather around ! grab a beer , eat some food , and go skinny dipping in your neighbor’s pool because this will be one party and you don’t want to miss . don’t know the lovely couple ? not a problem . a party is still a party and everyone is invited !
MEMBERS : this is our very first event and below you will find all the information that you need for this upcoming event . as always , if you have any questions , please send a message to the main !
this event will kick off on sunday between 12 and 1pm EST . there is no specific end date for this event as members are free to move on from this event when they see fit . we will however check in within a few days to touch base .
members can continue with current threads if they would like to but we ask that event threads are prioritized .
this event is both a neighborhood party & engagement party . no one needs to know either aspen or avery in order to attend since it’s basically two events in one !
members are free to interact how they wish : gif chats , paras , chatzy , etc . please note if you choose to chatzy to post the transcript on the dash .

Good morning members ! I am just popping in with a few updates : the main may be under construction for a little bit as I am going to be changing the theme up and also sprucing up some pages . Anything that may change on the pages I will make a follow up for so everyone can take a look and be aware . good afternoon members ! first and foremost , i want to thank all of you for joining this group and i can’t wait to interact with more of you on the dash . with that being said , we got a message yesterday about whether or not we would have a starter blog . since those were always hard to keep up with , what we are asking is for members to either post their open starters every now and again in the ooc blog or to make some sort of pinned post on your blog with a starters link attached ( and other important links for your characters if need be ) .
now that all that is said and done , we will be giving members a few days to get settled with their characters / blogs before we look to see who hasn’t posted yet . if there are any questions , concerns , or comments , feel free to message the main !

good question ! but here’s the thing : we’ve had starter blogs in the past and it was super difficult to keep up with . what i think i’m going to ask members to do is either post in the ooc blog when they make new starters with a link to them or make a pinned post on their blogs with a link to open starters so members can find them with ease .
