Besides Viserys and Dany-- Benjen. There's a high degree of mutual respect there. And, unless 'his own children' counts, really, I can't think of anybody else. For Bronn, everybody else is fair game and no holds barred in that if he's adequately rewarded, he'll murder them.
⊗ : What is something that causes them to question themself?
Proof that those who live in direct opposition to his own philosophy and beliefs can be just as happy and successful as himself. For instance-- anybody who values fidelity and family, and honor, and is truly successful and happy (or, at least, successful and happy to the same degree that he is) will make him wonder that maybe he doesn't have things fully figured out.
