The fact that it was just like it never happened. Irks me. Like it's not really shown to have effected Rogue much either when it should of 8((
I know! Even if only those who live in Crocus would have experienced it first hand, there would still be rumours about the both of them, there’d still be talk and it would spread like wildfire. Perhaps even if no one knew for sure what the princess had done, or only a few people knew the reality of Rogue’s future...word would still spread.
To think that these two wouldn’t suffer at the hands of public judgement over such a huge near-apocalyptic event (that they both played a part in, intentionally or not) is just...silly. I’d be surprised if they didn’t spend months dodging press questioning, interviews, anything that might shed even more light upon their mistakes (or, in Rogue’s case, future mistakes). Just ugh. Them not being critcized and/or feared for what they did just isn’t realistic. People don’t forget or forgive something like that so easily.
