this is my umbrella au, named that becuz it starts with cleo borrowing an umbrella from that strange pink haired girl thats always waiting at the bus stop at the same time as her.

cleo returns it the next day and blah blah blah they start hooking up, cleos notes that lizzie is a very strange person altogther but doesnt rlly care to much abt that. She also notes that lizzie likes bothering the hell out of the man who lives across the hall in the apartment, joel

cleo and lizzie start dating but lizzie starts acting increasingly strange, she'd return at odd hours of the night covered in mud but stating she never left like she believed it herself. One night she never came back

and thats where the story takes place of joel and cleo figuring out what the hell happened to lizzie, featuring alot of strange dreams and both of them burning the forest down after the cops find a dog skull and human remains at the heart of it years later (supernatural style not murder style, lizzies body was never actually found the forest straight up ate her)
