Hello, my friends! Happy May and welcome to my revival of the @shadowgastweek event!
The original Shadowgast Week, as well as @essek-week (which I hope to revive in the coming months too), were very important events to me when I first started participating in the fandom. Some of the first fics that I read were for them and some of the first fics that I wrote were too. So they’ve got a really special place in my heart, which is why I’ve decided to pick them back up now, four years on. Time is soup, isn’t it?
So! When is Shadowgast Week 2025? To commemorate the wizards beginning their romantic relationship, the event starts of Wednesday June 4th, the anniversary of the Campaign 2 Finale. It runs until the following Tuesday, June 10th.
Prompts will be posted here in about two weeks, on Wednesday May 14th, so keep an eye out! I’m very pleased with the list (a very heartfelt thank you to @spottedenchants @wanderingbasilisk @marymauk and @rainbowcaleb for helping brainstorm ideas!) and I cannot wait to see what comes out of it 💜🧡 see you in two weeks!
