Hello hello everyone! This is Reaper and this is a birthday gift for my friend @shadowcarnivalen :3

Apologies if I did the quote wrong- but I thought it'd fit the introduction to this animation very well

For those who want to know about how I created this I normally start out with a concept idea which I've shown below

And after that I do a rough colored finished concept

And apply shading and lighting. With these settled I can get started on the cutting of the layers and rendering/coloring can begin

Since I already have everything planned I can just color pick off my concept result and use that as a guide

Once finished the cut file is exported as a psd and imported into live2d, Which is where the animation is done on a animation timeline

Each motion of what I want in the animation has to be animation with the parameters by hand then adjusted in the animation timeline to get the effect I want, but by the end you get a stunning overlay

I hope you all enjoyed it and liked it... I know I sure did especially making it... These kinds of overlays are some of the funnest animations I've made in a long time

Also, not me making fun of the headcanon that Burning Spice is the dad of Capscian Cookie (i spelled that wrong)

(I love that headcanon.)

So working on getting the dialogue sorted out before I set up the timing and then add music and sound effects.

The problem when I listen back to Jestyn's more.... unhinged moments I voice is that his voice inspiration Pipi said is supposed to be Ashia Douman from FGO..... but listening back to it I make him sound like a feminine version of Eternal Sugar Cookie from Cookie Run Kingdom

After what felt like ages I can finally put this out into the world!

Kingdom of Marionettes, Jestyn and Knighter Voice Over [MC/Seven unvoiced] You are a newly hired security guard watching over an abandoned theatre called Kingdom of Marionettes. While it seems simple once the puppets start wandering around things start to get rather strange, especially when the Jester takes a keen interest in making you his ruler and serving you dutifully... perhaps to an unhealthy degree.

The Narrator and Farmer NPCs are unvoiced for now since I wanted to test myself with the main puppet characters primarily. Maybe in future I'll do another pass with more voices. MC unvoiced since they're meant to be a player/viewer stand-in anway.

Haha oops? I uh... Thought it would take longer to edit all this lol. It's not much, but it technically is my first ever voice acting project.

Apart from Knighter I did very little in the way of modifying my voice post-recording. I may try it out in future projects though~
