Mega Shark vs. Mecha Shark started with a freshly-thawed (due tho global warming) Megalodon flipping a tugboat "across the Sahara Dessert," which knocked the head off the Sphinx.

Ranged firebolts +31 touch (damage variable; see below)
Space 60 ft., Reach 60 ft.
Special Attacks breath weapon, ferocity, fast swallow, hurl foe, reflexive breath, swallow whole (10d6 bludgeoning and 10d6 fire damage, AC 30, 69 hp), trample (4d8+30, DC 47)
Absorb Energy (Ex) Samzilla absorbs energy attacks that damage her, including negative energy attacks. Damage blocked by one of her resistances or immunities instead heals her an amount equal to the damage dealt. She may absorb only one kind of energy in this manner in a round. The first type of energy that affects her in a round (whether or not it penetrates her immunities or resistance to actually damage her) sets the type of energy he absorbs for that round. Hit points gained in excess of her normal maximum are lost. Samzilla cannot gain healing from energy effects generated by herself.
Breath Weapon (Su) Once every 4 rounds, Samzilla can breathe out a beam of fiery red force. When Samzilla uses this attack, she can choose to focus the breath weapon into a single 1,200-foot-long line, or she can shorten the range and turn her head and body while breathing, effectively affecting a 600-foot-long cone. All creatures caught in this area of effect take 20d6 points of fire damage, 20d6 points of force damage, and are staggered for 1d6 rounds from the devastating energy (Reflex DC 42 halves the damage and prevents the staggered effect). A creature slain by this effect is disintegrated, whether the saving throw was successful or not. This breath weapon is particularly effective at blasting through cover -- cover does not grant any bonuses on Reflex saves against Samzilla’s breath weapon. The save DC is Constitution-based.
Fast Swallow (Ex) Samzilla can use her swallow whole ability as a free action at any time during her turn, not just at the start of her turn.
Ferocity (Ex) Samzilla remains conscious and can continue fighting even if her hit point total is below 0. She is still staggered and loses 1 hit point each round. Samzilla still dies when her hit point total reaches a negative amount equal to her Constitution score (-41).
Firebolts (Su) As a standard action on any round immediately following the use of her breath weapon, Samzilla can fire bolts of red energy from the glowing spines along her back. These bolts are ranged touch attacks with a range of 1,200 feet. When Samzilla uses this ability, she must choose between firing one firebolt, three firebolts, or six firebolts. If she fires one, it deals 20d6 points of damage on a hit. If she fires three bolts, each deals 8d6 points of damage on a hit. If she fires six bolts, each deals 5d6 points of damage on a hit. Half of the damage caused by any one firebolt is fire damage, the other half is force damage. Firebolts deal full damage against objects, and ignore the first 10 points of hardness possessed by an object.
Hurl Foe (Ex) When Samzilla damages a Huge or smaller foe with one of her natural attacks, she can try to hurl the foe as part of that attack by attempting a combat maneuver check. On a successful check, the foe is knocked back 10 feet in a direction of Samzilla's choice and falls prone. The distance the foe is hurled increases by 10 feet for every 5 points by which Samzilla's check exceeds the foe's CMD. If an obstacle stops the hurled creature before it travels the whole distance, the hurled foe and the obstacle struck each take 1d6 points of damage per 10 feet of distance remaining and the foe is knocked prone in the space adjacent to the obstacle.
Massive (Ex) Because Samzilla is so massive, uneven ground and other terrain features that form difficult terrain generally pose no significant hindrance to her movement, though areas of forest or settlements are considered difficult terrain to her. A Huge or smaller creature can move through any square occupied by Samzilla, or vice-versa. Samzilla can make attacks of opportunity only against foes that are Huge or larger, and can be flanked only by Huge or larger foes. Samzilla gains a bonus for being on higher ground only if her entire space is on higher ground than that of its target. It's possible for a Huge or smaller creature to climb Samzilla -- this generally requires a successful DC 30 check, and unlike the normal rules about kaiju and attacks of opportunity, a Small or larger creature that climbs on Samzilla's body provokes an attack of opportunity from her.
Recovery (Ex) Whenever Samzilla fails a saving throw against any mind-affecting, paralysis, petrification, polymorph, or immobilizing effect (including binding and temporal stasis but not including imprisonment), she can attempt a new saving throw at the end of her turn to remove the effect. Doing so takes no action. Samzilla can attempt a new save to end the effect as often as she wishes, but can attempt to remove only one such effect per round. Once per year, if Samzilla takes an amount of damage that would normally kill her by reducing her hit points to a negative amount equal to her Constitution score (-41), the damage instead heals the kaiju of twice the amount of damage -- but this healing leaves Samzilla disoriented and demoralized. At this point, she becomes nauseated and seeks only to return to her lair. Any amount of damage dealt to her by an external source before she reaches her lair, though, immediately negates the nauseated effect and allows Samzilla to end her retreat and attack.
Reflexive Breath (Ex) The first time in any round that Samzilla can make an attack of opportunity, she can choose to use a diminished version of her breath weapon instead of making a physical attack. This reflexive breath weapon attack only targets the creature that provoked the attack of opportunity, but otherwise causes the same damage and effects her breath weapon normally inflicts (Reflex DC 32 halves the damage and negates the staggered effect). Use of her breath weapon in this way does not affect the recharge rate of the regular breath weapon. The save DC is Constitution-based, and includes a -10 penalty to reflect the fact that the reflexive breath is a shorter (but no less intense) blast of energy than the kaiju’s typical breath weapon attack.
Sense Kaiju (Su) Samzilla can sense the location of the nearest active kaiju, as if using discern location, at will.
Susceptible to Song (Ex) Samzilla’s actions can be influenced by song, provided the kaiju notices the singing. If the kaiju is not currently engaged in battle, she automatically hears any song within 100 feet that is directed at her in an attempt to influence her, but when she is in combat, there’s only a cumulative 20% chance per round of sustained singing that she notices the song. In order to influence Samzilla, the singer must make a DC 35 Perform (sing) check (this check cannot be bolstered by the aid another action, and the singer cannot take 10 or 20 on the check). The result of this check sets the DC of the Will save Samzilla must make in order to not be influenced by the song. The singer can choose to influence Samzilla as if they had successfully cast suggestion on the kaiju (CL = the singer’s ranks in Perform [sing]). If Samzilla succeeds at a Will save (DC = the singer’s ranks in Perform [sing] + the singer’s Charisma modifier), the effects of the influence last for a maximum of 1d4 rounds; otherwise, the effects last as long as a suggestion spell would normally last. Samzilla cannot use her recovery ability to recover from song influence, and a single singer may influence Samzilla only once per day.
Swallow Whole (Ex) If Samzilla begins her turn with an opponent grappled in her mouth, she can attempt a new combat maneuver check (as though attempting to pin the opponent). If she succeeds, she swallows her prey, and the opponent takes bite damage. Unless otherwise noted, the opponent can be up to one size category smaller than the swallowing creature (Gargantuan for Samzillza). Being swallowed causes a creature to take damage each round (10d6 bludgeoning and 10d6 fire for Samzilla). A swallowed creature keeps the grappled condition, while Samzilla does not. A swallowed creature can try to cut its way free with any light slashing or piercing weapon (the amount of cutting damage required to get free is equal to 1/10 the creature’s total hit points; 69 for Samzilla), or it can just try to escape the grapple. The Armor Class of the interior of a creature that swallows whole is normally 10 + 1/2 its natural armor bonus, with no modifiers for size or Dexterity (AC 30 for Samzilla). If a swallowed creature cuts its way out, Samzilla cannot use swallow whole again until the damage is healed. If the swallowed creature escapes the grapple, success puts it back in Samzilla’s mouth, where it may be bitten or swallowed again.
Trample (Ex) As a full-round action, Samzilla can attempt to overrun any creature that is at least one size category Smaller than her (Gargantuan or smaller). This works just like the overrun combat maneuver, but Samzilla does not need to make a check, she merely has to move over opponents in her path. Targets of a trample take an amount of damage equal to Samzilla’s slam damage + 1-1/2 times her Str modifier (4d8+30). Targets of a trample can make an attack of opportunity, but at a –4 penalty. If targets forgo an attack of opportunity, they can attempt to avoid the trampling Samzilla and receive a Reflex save to take half damage. The save DC against a creature’s trample attack is 10 + 1/2 the creature’s HD + the creature’s Str modifier (47 for Samzilla). A trampling Samzilla can only deal trampling damage to each target once per round, no matter how many times her movement takes her over a target creature.
Samzilla stands 140 feet tall and weighs 20,000 tons, and is nearly 300 feet long from nose to tail.
Internet had been down since Tuesday morning, of course no on was available to fix it until tomorrow morning... Didn't realize how dependent I was on it to help distract my brain from wallowing in guilt and anxiety and all the other fun things I've been dealing with since the endo debacle started. Max picked up Blue Planet for me to help distract me, but I've already watched it twice... I did send off my records and hopefully will hear from CEC soon. I just want all of this to be over. I want to be a contributing member of my household. I want to get back to work so I can make some headway toward getting into a job I like. I think I'm going to do my best to clean tonight and maybe put on the shark week stuff I saved to my compy before the Great Internet Outage of 2013. Sharks make everything better.
