Day 30 of 30 Day Shred

Shit, shit, shit... Sorry, I forgot to upload the last poster hahahahaha

I actually finished on May the 30th, yes... and I forgot to put it here hahahahah I was so happy to finish that I just forgot.

Anyway, after this 30 days (not consecutives ‘cuz as I explained I was too busy with uni and I had some free days between some days >.>) BUT, I completed my objective with this program: getting fit!

So now that I have more free time with less classes at my university I’m able to go to the gym and have proper workouts and motivation (at home my motivations was getting very low). Next week I will finish some essays and I will ask in two different gyms to choose (one is closer but expensive and the other one is far away... but with my bike I could go there, but cycling in this fucking town is dangerous as hell, so I will have to think and see the price difference).

I would recommend this 30 days program to anyone who is out of shape and wants to get fit, or to anyone will so little free time that wants to stay in shape until they have more time to train.

Now I will enjoy this last free week, then a busy week, and then gym+classes again.

Day 25 of 30 Day Shred

HI THERE!!! I'm sure you have thought ''Oh well, L just forgot about the challenge...'' WRONG!!! It has been a busy start of the year... This program should be called ''Some days shred'' hahahahahah I'm on day 25 of the challenge, but in real time the program just extended two months... why? Well... I only have my mornings free during the week, and some extra hours during the weekend. Then during Level 2 even though I did not do the program I workout in my elliptical machine while I watched a TV show... (The 100 *-*). So... I don't think I achieve great results in my body...but I feel myself fitter and stronger (my muscles are beginning to wake up!). After finishing the program I will seriously start with a healthy live. My mom just bought a Thermomix, so I can cook healthy food with the varoma and I can make yummy purees ^^ I also get a little scale to measure my food (the oatmeal, my portions...). This summer I want to be able to wear a bikini with confidence (even with my muffin top and my bid legs). 

I just want to feel good with myself and accept my body.I feel that I'm getting a little bit down again... (like 2 years ago...) I'm feeling listless and I'm not thinking very good about myself right now. I have to work out on my mental health first. Maybe is just a bad time due to all the college stress and stuff... but I have to go through them and get the best version out of me!
