what do u call it when u want to hurt urself but its not a crazy all consuming feeling like i-need-to-do-this-right-now-or-i-might-die its more like a dull ache inside of you and you just know that that ache in you is the need to hurt yourself and it’s just present all of the time and it doesn’t ever go away no matter how much you know you shouldn’t
