you know what ... i understand what you mean after thinking through it, LOL. so! we’ll change the dates from june 19th - 23rd to july 1st - 3rd after finals, that way it can be more accomodating for muses who would rather focus on their studies, and we’ll edit the post to reflect that!

unfortunately anon, this where we’re going to have to agree to disagree. if someone posts once a week we do feel that is making activity. if that were not the case, then we would require a set amount of base posts within a week that you have to do in order to pass the check and that’s not something that we are willing to do. on top of that, if we do warn the others who are doing that and they bump their postings to twice a week instead, there would still be others who wouldn’t be satisfied with that. and there are others who post multiple replies once a week -- should they be warned as well or is that alright? there’s multiple things to think about with doing that, as it’s not a black and white situation and the easiest would just be to decrease the activity limit from seven days, which we also aren’t going to do. i know this isn’t the answer you were looking for, but naturally, this is something that is going to vary within each roleplay and each admin -- and this is how we feel with ours. but we do agree with you on the hiatuses, as we do believe that some are using it a bit too much, so we will be cracking down on that.

this will be the last post we’ll answer about this topic with anons -- because once again, i prefer handling things off the dash and i don’t want to continue this topic day on and off. if you want to have a conversation please feel free to do so off of anon and we’ll be glad to answer! but like we’ve said before -- we’re coming up with ideas to increase activity, so all we ask for is a little bit of patience as we find the best way to implement things.
