Regressive hypnosis therapy is a type of hypnotherapy thats "used to actively help a person revisit memories and emotions from an earlier date. Some therapists feel this can help patients access repressed memories and help them deal with painful experiences from the past."

more than most regressors have experienced feeling ashamed or embarrassed to be little. Despite it being a secret we hold with ourselves, the way others feel about people like us existing can he tough. So this is just a drop of regressor positivity to remind you that your sfw age regression is valid. And you're not immature for utilizing what coping tactics work for you

Side note - I understand that not all regression is productive and that some people use it in a way that affects their healing process.
