I got this character from another instagram artist friend, PrickledPip, who made a bunch of super awesome adoptable designs! I traded them a fullbody drawing of their character for this cutie alien rabbit :3

I have a new son. His name is Moik, he is a species called Kilbrran (last image is a drawing I did of the kinda first one before I had a species name). He’s also a member of the Gal-Dorar Hiul, a group of trained warriors of various kinds who are extremely loyal to their “boss” and are taught to obey most orders without question and basically not to react to pain or anything like that. The group is not aligned with any alliance and does not supply armies, so they’re pretty neutral (and made up of a lot of species). They are usually hired to escort important people or dangerous objects.

Moik has a special weapon that’s basically a blaster and a sword in one but he can use a good number of weapons. He’s pretty friendly usually and respectful, and mostly does his own thing or works with small groups of Gal-Dorar Hiul.

Canamari are an alien species that live on the isolated planet Dochika. The planet is made up mostly of water with rocky islands and thick ice caps. The oceans are made up of three distinct layers of water, and the planet itself is home to two intelligent species. The Canamari are the dominant of the two, being more widely spread and more friendly to outsiders. The planet was “discovered” by a Menthorian ship after it crash landed there, and the locals, despite having more “primitive” technology, assisted in repairs of the ship. They quickly adapted and now have a large amount of space travel and knowledge of the outside.

Due to the planet being mostly water and with highly dangerous tidal waves common, the main space port is on the moon, with sturdy shuttles taking passengers to the planet itself. The cities that are stationed on the rocky islands are made to withstand being under water or pummeled by waves, and are constantly being checked on for damage. The floating cities of boats, rafts, handmade islands, and similar objects migrate and can be tracked easily.

The Canamari themselves have no set government but a consul was created in order to make interstellar interactions easier. The appointed “Matriarch” Mauina is the representative of said consul, and her son Elictom is her source of knowledge and fact checks. Ambassadors, which as Ochello, travel outside the planet to bring back information and friends. The consul is made up of representatives from the various nomadic and stationary communities that exist on the planet, and often communicate remotely with her and the other consul members. Others can take up positions should new groups form or two groups join together.

Elders are held in high esteem usually, but are not the ultimate authority and most things are decided within communities. There is a barter system of trade and no common currency other than goods. Large meals are common and children are raided by the collective group. Relations between multiple Canamari are not uncommon and sexual preference is usually not an issue. They are friendly and welcoming as a whole, and live with the mentality that their planet provides them all with life and should be respected, as well as their fellow Canamari.
