Life of a Number
Its funny how things work... A few months ago I got an idea to make this crazy impactful song relating to a few things happening in the media. So as always when I'm told to do something, I did it. I wrote the song, found the track and one of my patnas decided to produce the record. So we went to the studio and buddy that was engineering the session gave me a great session. It was cool. HOWEVER, when it came time to mix the record and deliver it to me... HE NEVER DID IT. IT NEVER HAPPENED! 1 excuse after the other after the other... And since I didn't pay for the production and since I felt like I could do a better job with the record, I let my homie handle that... and got back to biz.
But as things would have it, a few months later, a legendary DJ from SC hit me and wanted me on this "impactful song" (relating to a few things happening in the media). I laughed my ass off and I thought to myself, "would you look at this"? When something is to be done, 1 monkey don't stop the show.
Needless to say, I agreed to do the track. The DJ sent the record... Now its 5am and I just came out the yo... #SMASH!
