"A Valley of Stones monolith from Jim Henson and Frank Oz's fantasy film The Dark Crystal. Ritualistic stones and monoliths decorated the Valley of Stones, where the Mystics resided in peace and harmony.
The monolith is made of lightweight carved foam, with a swirling Celtic pattern embossed on the front. It is hand painted to resemble grey stone, with faux moss, vines and other artificial plants applied to create an ancient and decrepit look. Designed to only be seen from the front, the rear remains unfinished and hollow, with two square holes cut out of each side. The monolith can be seen in rare test footage of the production team testing various puppets. The item has some wear from production use and age, including areas where the paintwork has cracked and come away. Dimensions: 30 cm x 53 cm x 74 cm (11 3/4" x 21" x 29 1/4")"

This stone is one of the standing stones that magically keeps the UrRu isolated. The carving is inspired by the Norse urnes style.
