For just $35.00 This pitcher is typical of the Art Deco design decoration of bright colors and large flowers coming out of Czechoslovakia during the 1920s-1930s. The 1-liter size is incised on the base next to the words "Czechoslovakia - Hand Painted" and the letter V which is probably the artist's signature. Given its age, the pitcher is in very good vintage condition with no crazing, no chips, cracks or bruises - but - there are two small areas of paint restoration on the blue scalloped border along the base. These areas are included in the series of photos and can not be readily detected other than by careful tactile examination. They don't detract in any way whatsoever from the presentation value and display of beauty. Dimensions: height is 7 5/8 inches (19.36 cm) width including handle is 7 1/2 inches (19.05 cm) base is 3 7/8 inches (9.84 cm) in diameter Pre-packaging net weight is 1 pound, 10 ounces.
