Cloud services today are being used in extensive ways. The huge storage capacity of the cloud and its remote access are the reasons cloud usage is becoming common in educational institutions. One such example is Bryant University, a university located in Rhode Island. It has 3400 students and 700 staff members. All these people function on the internal IT system specific only to the university. All students entering this university are given a laptop which is configured with the IT system of the university. They use these devices to store data in the form of student backup and communicate with their instructors and their fellow students.
