Ok idk if it's just me or did they do klaus kind of dirty this season? Klaus was my favourite character and still is but i feel like they somewhat left his character behind. He was nowhere near as witty or funny as his former self and he just didn't have the same edge to him that i loved when we met him in the first season. I love klaus because he's an extremely interesting character, there are so many layers to him: his ptsd, his depression, his struggles with addiction and the way he uses humour to cope with things. I just don't feel like they hit the same amount of depth with him this season, his character seemed to be used purely and only for comic relief and his struggles and fears where pushed to the side somewhat. Also they really butchered his style like cmon season one klaus would never touch that seafoam and white coat, where did his rattiness go? I just think he's missing the chaos that makes klaus so klaus.
