of course!! so the first step for growing your blog would be to kinda lay everything out that you have, this goes for writing as well. if you have a few fics already written before you post anything to your blog, post them! get it all out with about two or three days in between and tags will be your best friend! always fill the tags up until you can’t anymore! and be patient, your blog will grow with time and care, so take care of yourself and don’t be too hard :(

for writing, i wouldn’t say i’m the best writer so i don’t have too many tips but when you write, make sure you’re completely comfortable. if you’re not, it’ll feel like a chore :( if you have to have a candle going and complete silence to write, do that! also what i like to do is read a whole bunch of fics from my favorite writers to get some inspiration before writing (bonus points if those fics contain the character I’m writing for)! it also helps with motivation and getting you into the writing mood!

i also suggest taking breaks when you feel your inspiration starting to dwindle, you can always pick it up another time—TAKE AS MUCH TIME AS YOU NEED! don’t push yourself :(

okay so, on your computer, you’re gonna open up tumblr on desktop, go to the drafts, one of your old posts, or make a new post and switch the format to html by pressing the settings button while you’re in edit mode. MAKE A NEW TAB, and go to this website. there you can write your text, chose the gradient colors, and then scroll down to the last box where it says “copy and paste for html” and copy that and paste it into your tumblr draft.

thank you thank you! so what you’re gonna do is download picsart if you haven’t, select the manga panel you wanna edit and,,,

you’re not a bother at all!! i looked up the hex code of my desired color, then went to images and saved the plain color pic. i went to picsart and selected that previous picture then pressed free crop on one of the effects, i changed the size of the brush (to about 3 or 5) and drew a narrow line across the bottom then saved!

i say that when you post fics to use EVERY TAG YOU CAN THINK OF!! like max out the tags! obviously with things related to that post. so let’s say you’re writing eren, tag it with things like “eren x reader, eren jaeger x reader, eren yeager x reader, eren smut, eren jaeger smut, eren yeager smut, eren x y/n (so on and so forth)”

okay so! i saved a blank/png background and then went onto picsart and searched “netflix overlay” from there i added the overlay to the png background and adjusted it to my liking.
