As Seomates, tho I don't have the urge to announce it to everyone, Song of The Bandits is a good news. I dunno why I stan actors/ess that so unproblematic and focus on their works, it's rare to have them come in talkshow or variety. Although it makes me have a lot of favs on a whole k-variety show genre itself.
I watched SOTB, while hoping that my bias's acting is improving (she is!) And the storyline will be good. IT IS GOOD!! It's kinda worrying and a lil bit lame to see the short trailer at first, the western country and cowboy things glare at you strongly, of course it makes me worries on how korean will tackle this kinda genre. But they did well with Song of The Bandits. The pace isn't so slow in some episodes, the storyline is great, the costume just chef's kisses! The background or the place they show is just that good. Tho in some part the CGI doesn't really blend in, but at least nice try!
This series makes me root for Kim Nam Gil, and I really like how Seohyun can be his partner and her performance really do shining through. Their love line story is just heartbreaking, but that's what happens in those life time.
Here's hoping for more people to watch it so we can get second season!!!!
