——–[JIMIN]———
Jimin waited patiently, giving Seojun as much time as he needed to make a decision. Whichever he chose to do, the older dancer would be there to support him and assist his confidence.
He knew how it felt to lack confidence, he still struggled with it at times. Especially when they were approaching a comeback.
“Of course. Let me just get my things, okay?“
The blonde hesitantly managed to move away from Seojun, even though it wasn’t far at all, to get his bag. He soon returned and tried his best to sit in his original position, wanting to comfort and be close to the raven haired male.
"Ready?”
~
Although Jimin still felt awful and had a hard time speaking, to anyone, he couldn’t help but chuckle at Seojun’s choice of words – along with his entertaining attempt at aegyo.
“Yah, Seojun-ah~ you’re talking to /me/?”
The older male asked teasingly. He decided to play along, gradually becoming softer with Seojun. He didn’t want to fight or argue anymore. Not when the latter had saved his career.
“How did you even think of that name? But to answer your question, it’s hot chocolate. I shouldn’t really drink it because I’m dieting but..”
——–[SEOJUN]———
Seojun pursed his lips nervously. He felt his heart racing in his chest. There was just something about Jimin being so close and intimate with his face that made him feel his heart race in his chest. His face flushed a gentle rose colour, waiting in anticipation for the other to return.
He let his eyes wander over to the mirror where he could see the other going through his bag and take out the little container that had the little solution in it. He hoped that this would help. Did the foundation that the other had have the same skin tone as him? Would it be too noticeable? Would people look at him differently? Would-
His thoughts were cut off as soon as the other managed to get back, gazing up at him as he shifted closer into his lap, gazing up at him in anticipation yet nervous at the same time. This would be a major change for him after all.
“R..Ready.”
~
“Dr...Drinking milk isn’t gonna make you grow any taller, short stripy fairy.”
He puffed his cheek a little but winced when the slightly burnt skin under the dressing moved a little and stretched slightly, stinging him a little but he did his best not to show it whatsoever. Seojun had slipped off of the counter at this point and was making his way towards Jimin, humming as he took the mug from him and simply cupped it with the both of his hands, sipping the warm, chocolate substance happily.
His eyes flickered up and down at the other for a moment but only subtly as he lowered the mug from his lips, the drink leaving partially stained traces on his top lip, on his slightly pale complexion. Why did he need to diet? He was perfect the way he was...
“You don’t have to lose any more weight.”
Eyes lowered to the contents in the cup as he shifted his weight on his feet in front of the other. Concerned. Yes, Seojun was concerned for the other. He always had been, but never had the guts to even show it.
“Y-You might just fall over if you become any thinner.”
Seojun: i am undergoing some changes this month
Jimin: one of which is not your height
Seojun:
Jimin:
Seojun: excuse me who asked for your input?
*after a physical exam*
Seojun: ah, I grew 5cm this year...

Jimin: *is a proud 175cm*
Jimin: better luck next time, Seojun-ah~
Seojun:

Jimin: dyOU WANNA GO

——–[JIMIN]———
Jimin shifted slightly but still ensured that he remained close to Seojun, his hand moving up to stroke his hair gently – hoping that it would comfort the latter. He understood why he was anxious, he would be too if he was in Seojun’s situation.
He could have been in Seojun’s situation.
“They wouldn’t. You know they wouldn’t Seojun-ah…you’re so handsome.”
The blonde’s words were sincere. He truly did believe it and was no longer afraid to compliment the younger dancer.
“I don’t think you need to cover them; but if you really want to, I can lend you some foundation or a face mask.”
-
Jimin hadn’t realised that Seojun was in the kitchen until he caught a glimpse of him in the corner of his eyes, which made him jump slightly. Since the accident, almost everything made Jimin jump.
“A-ah, you’re here.
No, you’re not ugly. Stop saying that”
His words were soft, which was almost strange for the two of them. They were still awkward with each other most of the time, but hopefully – with time, they would get past it.
——–[SEOJUN]———
His eyes softened as he leant into his hand for comfort, purring softly at the euphoric feel of his fingers running through his hair. His face flushed heavily at the compliment that he was being showered with, not being used to this kind of treatment, especially from Jimin.
But, it was something he could get used to, he told himself.
“I’m still... a bit...”
He didn’t finish his sentence as the other had cut in, his head tilting up to look up at him. Foundation? That sounded better than a mask - he was often feeling suffocated whenever he had a mask on, so he felt that makeup (as much as he didn’t prefer it) was a better option for it.
“...How... How do you use foundation?”
He asked softly, tilting his head a little. He wasn’t taught this after all.
~
There was a few moments of silence where he simply stared up at Jimin, admiring the other’s perfect form and perfect.... well... everything. He wasn’t jealous but there was a sense of admiration that lingered there, his eyes soon looking down at his own hands.
His heart dropped down to his stomach.
Maybe he wouldn’t be able to look the same with the way that his face had been damaged now. This was too much. Surely, he wouldn’t look the same now that he was probably going to develop scars from this. What would the other dancers say? How would they look at him now?
“...You don’t have schedule today?”
He asked, trying to make some kind of small talk with the other. He wasn’t sure how to converse with him normally after all.

——–[JIMIN]———
Before Jimin knew it, he was on top of the raven haired male. It all seemed like a blur to him, yet he found himself wanting more and more. He absentmindedly wet his lips before their passionate, deep kisses resumed.
Jimin wanted to focus on the feeling rather than the consequences of their actions.
The older dancer kept his eyes closed tightly for as long as he could, as he let out small noises of approval. Eventually, they needed to pull away to catch their breaths – even if they didn’t feel like it at that exact moment.
Jimin gazed back at Seojun, panting slightly as he was still in the process of catching his breath from their heavy makeout session.
“I think I love you too, Seojun-ah."
He whispered back quietly, not feeling a single doubt run through his mind. He was almost sure. This feeling had to be love.
-
"S-stop. You don’t look ugly”
The dark haired male forced himself to speak as he finished changing Seojun’s dressing. He didn’t plan on speaking at all, but he couldn’t let the younger male jump to conclusions.
He stood up to throw the old bandages away, smiling weakly in response to Seojun’s later words. There was no way he could reply, not when he was convinced that it WAS his fault.
“I’ll tell Jin-Hyung you’re awake, he’ll make breakfast.”
Jimin said quickly, soon leaving the room. The guilt was too much for him to handle.
——–[SEOJUN]———
“A-Ah... ah... nnh...~”
Seojun found himself in a heated mess from the action that their lips had pursued just now. His eyes were flickering as he gazed up at the older male longingly, biting his lip shyly as he moved his hand to gently cup his cheek. Consequences be damned, all he wanted was Jimin’s attention right now. His face flushed heavily before his sleeves came up to cover his own face, his form curling up slightly as his heart raced quickly in his chest.
Did he really just do that with Jimin? What would Yoongi think if he told him? Would he be mad?
No, the consequences didn’t seem to matter right now. Seojun was underneath the blonde, face completely uncovered, his whole being unfurled before him. Eyes peeked through the gap between his sleeves shyly up at the other, now feeling incredibly small now that he was under him.
“Is.. is this okay...?”
He asked muffledly. He wanted to know if Jimin was okay with this. If he was ready to face the future being with him at this point. After all... it was quite a jump in their relationship.
~
Seojun opened his mouth to speak slightly, only to blink as he watched the other dart out of the room. Greyish orbs looked down at the bedsheets in front of himself tiredly. He felt like he’d done something wrong... but at the same was just relieved to see that Jimin was okay.
Did he really look this bad?
But he didn’t want Seokjin right now. He didn’t want to really see anyone much, though.... Jimin’s face in the morning was comfortable enough for him to see. He was just happy that the other was actually okay. Seojun could hear the sounds of Taehyung and Seokjin laughing at nothing and everything in the hallway, head turning a little to look up the door, only to find Jungkook standing there and peeking in, pressing his lips into a smile and waving at him as a greeting. He didn’t have time to spend with Seojun at the moment but he wanted to at least greet him, soon following suit with Seokjin and Taehyung as they headed for the front door, already dressed and ready for the day.
“Ah...”
——–[JIMIN]———
Jimin panted once they had finally managed to pull away from each other, although it didn’t last for long, barely catching his breath before their lips were connected again.
It didn’t take too long for the blonde to find himself being lost in their kisses yet again. His cheeks were heating up and turning a brighter shade of pink. He wished he didn’t get flustered so easily.
“F-feeling l-like what..?”
He couldn’t stop his voice from wavering. It was evident how flustered he was and he didn’t like it at all. He didn’t want Seojun to notice.
Jimin forced himself to glance at the younger dancer, despite the fact that he didn’t meet his gaze. He still wasn’t sure of what they were doing but he didn’t want it to stop.
-
Jimin almost flinched when he caught sight of Seojun’s wounds and injuries. It could have been been him instead. It should have been him instead.
He hummed as he began to treat the wound, he couldn’t force himself to look into the raven haired male’s eyes.
Immediately, as he heard Seojun’s words, Jimin felt a lump in his throat beginning to form. His hands were shaky as he tried his best not to inflict any more pain on the younger male again.
Jimin opened his mouth to respond, however it was a failed attempt. There was nothing he could say or do to mend what had already happened.
——–[SEOJUN]———
“D..Don’t give me that.”
Seojun couldn’t help himself, pulling the other down now as he lay back on the warm dance floor, arms around the other’s nape still as he pulled him in closer. He allowed their lips to connect - deeper, more passionate, more intensely than the shy one before, letting their own movements lead them through what was going on.
But Seojun couldn’t think. He was too heated and encapsulated but the kiss at hand that his mind couldn’t even think properly. It was too fuzzy, too hazy to even comprehend anything right now. All he wanted was this male atop of him, refusing to let go of him even when they were this close. Surely, if anyone walked in on them now, they’d probably be shocked at what they were both doing and probably even question it. If Jin walked in right now, he didn’t even care if he screamed.
The person he was focusing on right now was Jimin, and Jimin alone. In fact… he’d realised that he wasn’t able to keep his mind off of him at times. Even if they were pretty banterous thoughts, it was still on Jimin. Maybe it.. was for a reason? This reason?
Vision hazy, he bit his lip softly eventually gazing up at the other with his forehead gently resting against the singer’s. Courage summoned itself in the pits of his stomach as he took a shaky breath, a flushed, heated face, a small step for their… relationship.
“..I.. I-I think I love you, Park Jimin.”
His voice was just above a whisper, but… it was only the two of them, making him feel a little better about admitting this.
~
One could dismiss this as Seojun being too tired but… even someone this tired wouldn’t be saying such words without the sincerity that was leaking from every word. Especially since… he didn’t mind what he did exactly. It was his choice, not Jimin’s and.. well… it was different.
He flinched a little when he felt the other’s hand gently tending to the burn on his face, pursing his lips a little. He didn’t expect the other to respond but he was glad that his wounds didn’t hurt that much any more. A hand gently slipped up onto the wrist of the hand that was tending to his face. His fingertips gently caressed the soft skin for a few seconds, eyes gently looking down as his teeth gently tugged at his bottom lip slightly.
“A-ah.. I must look pretty ugly if you’re not saying anything huh.”
He was making an effort. He couldn’t hold resent on Jimin after that. It was hard to. He could.. partially empathise with him. It wasn’t hard to after all. It must have been traumatising to watch, especially since it was right in front of him during the performance.
Softening his voice, he spoke up once again, this time trying to reassure the other.
“…It’s.. it’s not your fault.”
——–[JIMIN]———
Jimin eyes widened when he felt Seojun’s lips pressed against his, yet he made no attempt to push him away. It didn’t feel weird or wrong, something about it felt….just right.
The blonde let his eyes slowly close as he gripped onto Seojun’s dark coloured shirt, kissing him back gently to start off with. He couldn’t help but let out a few hums in approval, hoping that the younger male realised he wanted this just as much as he did.
Although it was uncertain how they’d act towards each other afterwards, Jimin had no regrets at all. Whatever would happen, he was willing to face it.
For all he knew, it could have a positive effect and improve their relationship.
He hoped it would.
-
Jimin watched as the rappers left, mumbling his goodbyes before glancing down at the bandages and ointment in his hands. It was the least he could do, Seojun had risked everything by saving him.
He entered Yoongi’s room as quietly as he could. He hoped that the younger male wasn’t awake, he wouldn’t know what to say to him. What could he say to him?
The dark haired male felt conflicted, yet he had to power through it. For both Yoongi and Seojun’s sake.
“Um…Hyung wants me to change your dressing on your face..“
His words were quiet and mumbled, he had no courage at all.
——–[SEOJUN]———
Seojun couldn’t help but melt into it even more, a pleasant shiver running up and down his spine while he was holding onto him. His body filled with warmth, his heart pacing faster and faster as the seconds went by. He pulled slightly, at least 1 centimetre to take a breath but eventually let their lips slip back into each other’s touch again. Gosh, this was different. He’d never thought he’d be in this situation with Jimin like this. Heck, he wasn’t even aware of his own feelings until now. How everything just built up to this point and… maybe he was denying everything until now?
The small dancer could feel the adrenaline pumping and coursing through his body, hitting his knees and making him slowly fall down onto them while they kissed, his arms wrapping around the taller male a little more as to pull him closer, deepening the kiss slightly.
Just what was this feeling? It was so unfamiliar yet… he didn’t want it to stop.
Every fibre of his being just wanted to be near the other dancer, not wanting to let him go whatsoever - he just wanted him to be closer in every possible way. He thought this was similar to how he felt around Yoongi… But Yoongi’s was an awful lot of.. different to this. Yoongi was like family. Jimin, on the other hand…
A heat crawled up his skin as he pulled slightly, their foreheads gently pressing against each other as he whimpered softly, arms still around the other’s nape a little as he was almost pretty much flush against the other’s chest.
“I-I… I-I hate you for making me feel like this, Park Jimin…”
Tsundere Seojun was back. Seojun’s voice came off as a whisper, trailing a few chaste kisses on Jimin’s soft lips once more before his brows furrowed while he looked to the side, incredibly shy and flustered at this point, yet made no move to pull away.
He didn’t want to. Not this time.
He didn’t want to let him go.
~
There was a moment where Seojun merely stared at the half-hazed figure at the doorway. No matter how he wanted to protest, there was no escaping the fact that he was in no position to be protesting against the other changing the bandages on his face. Rather… Instead of the usual slight distaste he had when talking to the other, his tones were soft, almost in… complete relief.
Plus, if Yoongi told him to, he’d probably get mad at him if he found out that he was completely against Jimin doing his bandages - well, he wasn’t against it but the thought was still there around Yoongi telling him off.
“…Okay.”
Sitting up slightly, his hair was slightly messy, his two ringed earrings on his right ear clinking slightly as he sat up. The shirt slipped off of his shoulder slightly as it was too big for him, but it did reveal a slight reddened area around his shoulder where he was scorched, but not burnt, hence the unneed of treating it.
Just comply.
His greyish, sleepy hues took a moment to gaze up at the other’s more lively and colour-filled ones as his head tilted to the side sleepily. Seojun usually wasn’t seen in this state. If he was, then it was only by a few - very few number of people. His fingers fiddled with the bedsheets as the bed dipped a little when Jimin sat on it, his heart slightly pounding in his chest as he let Jimin do what he needed to. The burns were bad but… he knew he had to withstand the pain for now.
But there was… really only one thing on his mind right now and he still had to muster up the courage to actually do it.
“I’m… I’m glad you’re okay.”
Almost like broken tones, his sleepy voice resonated through the room, yet made sure the words only reached Jimin’s ears. And his ears alone. Everyone was worried about Seojun… yet the only person Seojun was worried about was Jimin.
