"I've never felt what it's like to be loved.

Well, that's a bit dramatic. I've always had family and friends that came and gone, but I'm talking about a different kind of love.

It's no big deal, really. I've heard some people say that true love is something you search for your whole life. That it's necessary for you to become your best self...

But I don't think that's really true.

I don't believe that finding someone completes you. Of course, things can change you. Make you better. Happier... But not whole.

I think... that people are complete from the start. Since the day they're born. For some, it just takes longer and more effort to see that. And for others, it takes love.

I don't want to wait on love to feel whole. I know I already have the power to change. To change how I view myself. Then... I think I'll be ready.

One day soon, I'll look in the mirror and know I'm whole. And I'll finally feel...
