Imagine if your favourite character from any other Fire Emblem game could enlist into the Officers Academy. Wouldn’t that make for a wonderful and colourful multiverse?

This  Fire Emblem fanzine will feature pre-3h characters as if they are attending the Officers Academy and will be a yearbook-style review of their academic year.

11. In what situation was your character the most afraid they’ve ever been?

Ohhh, I feel like Senith gets scared fairly easily, and he can be jumpy at times when he’s out of his element. But I feel like there is a fear that is deeper, not really a “I’m scared of this monster out there” and more of a personal fear of what other people think of him? Also kind of a betrayal which is more hurt than fear...but let’s just say he is scared he will never be truly forgiven or reformed, that he will mess up again, and I think that’s what scares him the most - being tricked into believing the wrong thing again, or hurting those he has come to care about.   

23. What does your character dislike in other people?

I feel like this might change over the course of the story...but right now... He doesn’t like it when people disagree with him, or act like know-it-alls (even though he acts that way sometimes pfft xD)

27. How does your character normally deal with confrontation?

Not well, depending on the situation at least. She wants to do her own thing because it’s always worked for her and it’s what she is comfortable with, and she does NOT back down, so depending on who confronts her, it can turn into a yelling match fairly quickly. Whereas, if someone is more patient with her she may be take it a little better. Also, if she realizes she is wrong she will usually growl and walk away, or just stop talking...or maybe change the subject...sometimes she might continue to stand up for what she believed even if she sees the other person’s side, because she doesn’t like backing down.  

20. In what ways does your character compare themselves to others? Do they do this for the sake of self-validation, or self-criticism?

Hmmm, I feel like Llira is a little prideful, she likes to think of how she at least she isn’t like that. Granted, she doesn’t voice these things, she tries to see everyone as a person, but she can’t help but compare how she would be reacting/dealing with things differently than someone else. 

33. In the face of criticism, is your character defensive, self-deprecating, or willing to improve?

I have three main stories so….I’ll try to do for all of them maybe?? xD

💛: What is the title based on?

A Forgotten Life: The main character loses her memory, so…she doesn’t like remember anything, pretty self explanatory and a very boring title created by a 15 year old me xD

Glitter and Fire: The “powers” of the main characters…in a sense at least

Not by Blood: It’s about two characters who kind of become brothers, but they aren’t related by blood (this title was actually for my Star Wars OCs, but…it works for both and I wouldn’t be able to publish the other one so?)

💔: Give a brief character bio of your 3-5 MCs

A lot of these characters…actually all of them, still need work but…I’m working with what I have *shrugs*

A Forgotten Life 

-Elisda is very much a peace keeper, she doesn’t like conflict and trusts a little too easily. She’s pretty adventurous, but that doesn’t stop her from being wary of things she doesn’t understand/hasn’t been around. Because of how she grew up, she’s a little used to…nicer things, so despite being gungho about nature, she’s not always comfortable with it.

-Senith is suave and charming. He’s very confident, at least as a front and just radiates cool and in control. Underneath all of that he…has issues, and has to overcome a lot of those issues and uncertainties… 

-Vistina is very distrustful, a bit of a loner. She gets along with horses and other animals better than humans and would much rather just stick with animals. But she has seen her fair share of jerks and wants to protect others from said jerks so…she’ll get over her antisocial tendencies to do so.  

Glitter and Fire

- Fire Girl (I legit have no name for her yet…) is very resourceful and a bit sassy. She loves her powers (fire powers obviously) and loves to experiment with them. She holds grudges, a lot and will do anything to accomplish her mission and get back at those who hurt her. But she also has a playful side, which comes out around Glitter Boy. “Just Like Fire” also kind of fits her a bit…

-Glitter Boy is a bit of a dork. He’s a follower for sure, and has to face his fears a lot, mainly of being a rebel/breaking the law. Chemistry is his forte, he’s super comfortable in a lab and that’s where he prefers to be, but he gets dragged on missions and he does so semi-willingly, both to help the cause and cause he has a not so subtle crush on Fire Girl.

- Livy (who I’m still trying to figure out fits in but…) is a very timid girl. She HATES her powers and is terrified of them, never wanting to use them. If she had it her way, she would just draw and paint and never think about superpowers ever again but…unfortunately her life doesn’t play out quite like that… 

Not by Blood

- At first glance, Kor (WIP name) looks very intimidating, a kind of brooding/emo boy, but that’s honestly just how the king wants him to look. If you get to know him you find he’s actually…pretty nice, aside from the occasional comments that he could kill you at any second, all while stealing your wallet. And if you are his friend, you will see even more of his kind nature, he is very protective of those he cares about, and he never wants anyone to really know what he’s done in his past, because he’s very ashamed of it all.

Oh...my...gosh...this is the perfect song for my OCs though? Like this is such a Senith and Elisda song like I can’t even...thank you for this because I love finding new songs that can work for my OCs!!!!

“Hymn for the Missing”

My top three??? Oh gosh I don’t think I can pick a top three??? I have like wayyy to many OCs and I’ve gone though phases of loving some more than others, and some getting more development than others....how about the main three that I can think of from my main story (the one that is taking years to work out cause I can’t settle on a good plot xD)

The world of this book is....still a big WIP, but I think it has a medieval feel to it, with a few larger countries (I think three maybe four) and then a small island that has two nations on it. At least that’s how I set it up last time I thought about it xD

Vistina is one of my faves, she’s suuuper suborn and really doesn’t care much for other’s opinions. Yes, she will listen to her superiors but she prefers to be alone, mainly because she’s been let down by people in the past, and partly because she misses a few people she actually did connect with. I’m still working on her looks, but I know she has wavyish black hair to maybe her mid back? And she has darker skin, in our world she would probably be native american? Or at least partly. She’s pretty sturdy cause she kind of really likes working with horses (horses are her favorite things, Jaspern is her horse and she’s taught him all kind of fun tricks and I love that. Will lore or magic play into this? Maybe, but I’m not sure yet xD)

Senith is a dork wrapped up in a suave exterior. He’s cool and calm and charming and his smile makes all the girls swoon (well not ALL the girls but most of them...xD). But really he’s actually a boy who is still trying to figure out who he is and what he wants to do. He goes through a loooot of character development and I’m still working out a lot of that but he’s fun! Looks wise, he has a bit of a California surfer vibe - blonde hair, tanned skin, bright blue eyes, a little lanky but not overly so. 

Elisda started off almost as a self insert character. She’s a bit insecure and unsure about the future and if she can do what she needs to do (vague because spoilers kind of). But aside from that she’s really nice, very much a mediator, especially between Vistina and Senith. She loves to read and come up with stories and is also a little adventurous...at least until she kind of realizes living out in the woods isn’t actually that fun. Looks wise, she has medium brown hair that’s wavy/curly, freckles dotting her face and shoulders, and green eyes. 

It had been a long day. All Elisda wanted to do was read until she fell asleep. Picking up her latest novel, she flopped on the bed and sighed contentedly as she snuggled under the covers. 

Opening the book, she had only just read a page when her phone buzzed on the table next to her. 

“Oh come on...” she muttered, seriously considering just letting it go to voice mail. She hated phone calls, everyone knew that, they all texted her, except for one person.

Letting out a breath, Elisda picked up the phone, not even surprised to see Senith’s name on the caller ID. Closing her eyes for a moment, she tried to muster up what energy she had left and answered it.

“Hey Senith.”

On the other end of the phone, a smile grew on Senith’s face as he heard her voice. Even lined with tiredness and it was beautiful, and comforting. Despite all they had been through, she was still there, she had given him a second chance he hadn’t deserved. Closing his eyes, he listened as she relayed her day, groaning about coworkers and chuckling at some customers. He relayed his day too, of course, but that didn’t matter to him.

A yawn sounded from the other end of the phone. “Look, it was a long day and I love talking but I really need to get to sleep.”

Senith knew it was coming, but he still couldn’t help but be a little disappointed. “Okay...get some rest...”

“Mkay.”

“And Elisda?”

“Hm?”

“Love you.”

“Love you too.” Even over the phone, he could her the smile in her voice, which lifted his heart even more. What had he ever done to deserve such an amazing girl?

I don’t know if this was asking for a fic based on the post or just talking about them, but I figured I could do both haha xD
