Microsoft Outlook appears set to be soon getting a new feature that will make composing emails a little easier. Both the Outlook on the Web and Outlook.com will get a text prediction feature similar to what is already present in Gmail, a Microsoft support document has revealed. It's 2am and you are working on getting to #InboxZero, problem is you don't want your replies to get buried in the morning emails. You want your emails to come during the business day, when they will get the recipients attention. With FollowUp.cc's Send Later feature, your problem is solved.

How can you schedule emails to be sent later in Gmail? 

First you need to make sure you have the FollowUp.cc Chrome extension installed. Once it is installed here are the steps:

1) Type your email as usual, entering your recipients email address in the TO field. 

2) Select the "Send Later" icon at the bottom of your compose window and select the time you would like your message to be sent.

3) Close the compose window. Your email will be available for editing both in your drafts folder and in the FollowUp.cc/Send Later folder in the Gmail side bar.

If you are unable to schedule your email, make sure you have a recipient email selected. You can not schedule your email to be sent until you do this.

Open Tracking. Now you can ensure that your emails have been received and opened. It is as simple as a click.

Side Window. When your email is opened, you will see the action in your new side window. If you don't want a side window, it can collapse completely. 

New Reminder Calendar. Set Follow Up reminders with a click. If you like the existing dropdown menu for setting reminders, it is still there. And you can always use keystrokes to set recurring reminders and set tasks.

Send Later. Love to work at midnight, but want to make sure your email is delivered at 8am? No problem - you can now schedule emails to be sent at any time with Send Later.
