Hook has never beaten a woman. In fact, I could be wrong, but I'm fairly certain he hasn't beaten anyone. He has clocked people (Belle & Charming), shoved a woman (Emma), stabbed various men (the guard & Rumple), and shot a woman (Belle). Those are all actions that most Hook fans acknowledge & examine in context.
But, for some reason, y'all keep coming back to the word "beat". I'm sure it has nothing to do with the connotations attached to that word; I'm sure it's not because the word is commonly associated with, oh, DV & misogyny. Right? Well, just to be clear, if you're looking for the character who likes to hand out beatings, his name is Rumple. Examples shouldn't be hard to find since everyone loves that gif of Rumple looking exasperated after beating the shit out of... who was it again? Oh, right: Hook.
