I took a nail class in 2019 for $250 (I can’t find that price now), got frustrated with the process and annoyed with the smell in my studio apartment and kinda stopped. Did my nails here and there because I would take me hours to do one hand and don’t get me started on the right hand. And I hate practice hands
2 years later, 2021, I found my self packing up my nails supplies and repurposing my desk for at home work. And couldn’t really give it up, I love the creative outlet that acrylic nails give me. And to be honest I was interested in doing nails since 2017 I just was focusing on graduating at the time and had tunnel vision.
Well I ordered an actually nail desk and started my polish collection. Because I’ve already invested a good amount of money into it and I should just keep going.. life happens sometimes and that’s ok.
I’m going to turn my living room into a nail lounge.
I need to work on consistency and confidence in my work (I’ve got a lot better and I’m coming up with my own techniques)
So for 2022 I’m doing that, I’m dedicating 1 year to perfecting my craft and building my nail business.
Wish me luck, hype me up, send nail inspo
