Also the guy is also marked as a spawn and has a coffin in his bedroom but Astarion only mentioned himself and his siblings and not a chamberlain. So, is he like a spawn from the Szarr family rather than Cazador's personal spawn ? Since it seems that the Szarr family is somewhat aware of Cazador's vampirism ? What could he tell us about the life under Cazador ? Clearly he was treated differently than Astarion and his siblings, even calls Astarion a brat, but the reason he poisoned himself is to avoid being made into Astarion's replacement for the ritual so he must Cazador's and the coffin implies he's been a spawn for some time, no? And since he's not like 'yeepee we're going to ascend' he knows what the ritual implies and thus is privy to at least some of Cazador's secrets. But he also seems to have a certain level of free will since I doubt Cazador's bond would have allowed him to disobey.
