Being confident and having a good self-esteem isn't easy. It takes a lot of time and patience. Take one day at a time and think about how you can build your self-esteem. For example... Try talking to someone you've never spoken to before. Write out your thoughts and feelings in a diary. Use more positive words such as, 'I can' rather than, 'I can't'.

Have you ever felt this? . Have you ever felt like you're not where you're meant to be? When you speak, it feels like those around you couldn't care less what you have to say? Or worse. They don't realize you've even spoken at all. Is it me? Is it them? Who even knows. . Insecurity is a bitch. And she hangs out in my head regularly. But what good does her visit do?
