That awkward moment when I study an entire weekend for a midterm..only to realize I missed the deadline to register for the exam. At Bocconi, students need to register for their tests before a given deadline to be able to actually sit for the test. If you miss the deadline then it's just too bad. 

For some reason I just didn't realize the severity of not registering for tests on time at Bocconi. Surely they won't let students NOT take tests... But after emailing professor and the school secretary, I realized I had no hope of taking the midterm. This ultimately means that my entire grade is dependent upon my final, and that I wasted precious time I could've used to travel somewhere fantastic. Worse things could happen to me, but it's just quite embarrassing that I'd been studying for a test I couldn't even take. 

It is 11:15 am now, meaning I would've started my midterm 15 minutes ago, but instead, I woke up at 10 am, started to cook chinese food, and then ate it. Trying to redeem some sort of dignity through my photography and cooking skills.
