It’s been a strange week. This is the first time I’ve forced myself to stop and rest since I left, and I have to admit, I’m having a hard time. I’ve been so stressed and anxious, and then an unfortunate altercation with a dog landed me in the ER. I’ve been trying to keep my momentum, but I could tell I pushed myself too far last night. Now I’m taking the very loud hint from my body and slowing down. Things are on the mend, everyone is okay, and it’s actually alright to rest. #selfcareisarevolutionaryact
