I don't know if you all remember but I was fostering two rats back in November. One died at the vet and the owner threw a fit and took the other back even though she really couldn't take care of him.

So... Then she contacted me a few days ago and asked if I could take him and his cagemate, Seirl, again as she was being kicked out and her new house was rat free. I said yes but not as a foster. He was mine or no deal. She said yes. So, now I have him back!

He has what I think is a large abscess on his tummy. His old owner can't afford vet care so it has gotten worse and worse since she first found it. I will be taking him to the vet tomorrow.
