Sydney Food Hack Adventure Day 5
After four amazing days of Food Hack in Sydney, it is finally time to bid farewell to the city. Before I board the plane, there was time for a quick Salmon Teriyaki Don at Hero Sushi located in the international airport.
After a quick lunch, I managed to squeeze in some time for work and champagne at the lounge.
As I bid farewell to Sydney, the food adventure continues in the friendly skies with delicious meals served in the Singapore Airlines Business Class on-board the A380.
Dinner appetizer was a refreshing plate of seared tuna with arugula, tomatoes, olives, and egg.
The main dinner highlight was a juicy steak in peppercorn sauce, served with roasted zucchini, beetroot, and mashed potato.
Although the steak was delicious, I was still feeling hungry and fortunately I was able to receive another tasty main course: Confetti chicken with breadcrumbs, served with chickpeas and green beans.
After two main courses, it was time to sit back and relax with a warm cup of coffee brewed with Brazilian beans, providing a full-bodied, sweet chocolate flavor profile.
Before the plane lands, it was time for a quick snack with beef balls, hummus, and pita bread.
Thank you Sydney for the great memories and delicious delicacies.
Counting down to my next Food Hack Adventure in Sydney!
